I'm starting too get fit and finally lose weight so I can finally wear a bikini confidently. I've tried so many times but end up giving up, mum says I have no willpower and that's why, I'm not determined. Which I am, my brain is but my body isn't. I just would like a few tips or advice too help encourange me to do this please :)

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

You could join a forum with other women trying to lose weight. There are tons of them! It can be really helpful if you stick with it and begin to develop relationships with the other folks on the site. You encourage them, they encourage you, you see before/after pics and hear success stories, etc..
Picture your target body in your bikini. Use your goals as your motivation.
From time to time you can give yourself a small treat. Your will power takes a break at a certain time so it doesn't wear out quickly and you'll be motivated by that treat too.
