Well, breakfast, you can have porrige, muesli, bran flakes, shreddies, shredded wheat (wholegrain cereals, oat cereals etc)if you want porrige, you can have with golden syrup and add some variety (cinammon, nutmeg).
Lunch, you can eat salad, nothing wrong with that, chick peas, pasta, kidney beans. If you like sandwiches, eat some sardines, tuna. fruit juice with that too.
Okay, and for dinner, you have to eat something, chicken, brown rice, potatoes, broccoli, peas, corn on the cob, green beans, carrots.
For dessert, have a fruit salad, tastes very nice and is healthy.
Snacks, start making your own snacks, to add some variety and so that you know what is going into it.
