Question: Especially for breakfast and lunch, both of which I do not have time to cook! Another note, I do not eat seafood.

eggs in the morning are the best option.... hardboiled is the greatest way to cook them because there is no added fat eggs are full of protein and the good omega fats, we eat up! unless you have cholesterol problems, because they could make it worse. have one or two hardboiled eggs in the morning will curb your appetite for at least a few hours and will keep your energy up at its optimum level... some other good foods to eat that are low calorie and no fat: - diet yogurt (yum... indulgence) - celery (a negative calorie food, high in fibre) - tomatoes - broccoli - complex carb foods, WHOLE GRAIN breads, pastas etc (very low fat) - lettuce - cucumbers (another negative calorie food) - use seasonings to add flavour, not fat like butter - milk (fat free, calcium will help trim your waist!) that's all i can think of for now... since you dont like seafood good luck!

No man, you are eating plenty, you are probably right at the caloric intake you need in order for your muscles to grow. Plus how many calories are in your protein shakes? But your diet looks good. If you don't get enough (which 1000 is not nearly enough) your body will start breaking down the muscle in order to power your body. And actually working out that much you probably wouldn't be bad eating 3000-4000 calories a day. No matter what you hear if you wanna gain muscle you gotta increase your intake and output (through eating healthy and lifting). I play pro ball in the U.S. and currently weigh 190 lbs and bench 315 lbs it would be more but I separated my shoulder and that killed me on bench, its getting back up there though. Be sure that you get 8 hours of sleep, don't hit the same muscles all the time either my man, your muscles do not grow when you are at the gym they grow while you are resting after you have broken them down. If you keep breaking them down all the time you will only be hurting your cause. Your water level is good but if you take creatine you might try and up it a little more because creatine draws water into your muscles, so you will need more fluid intake. But no man it looks pretty good, if you eat like this and put the time in the gym you will be ripped in no time. Good luck.

For lunch I suggest lean cuisines. They make about a hundred varieties, you'll have to find some that you like, and they vary between 200 and 400 calories, and almost all are low in sodium. I eat one every day for lunch with a small salad and a peice of fruit, and I stay full until dinner and don't feel like I'm packing on extra calories since I work at a desk all day. Good luck!

If you like cinnamon, this is a breakfast idea, which is extremely easy to pull off. -Snickerdoodle Wheat Toast- If snickerdoodle cookies could be a breakfast bread, this would be it. Whole wheat bread gives this breakfast treat a shot of fiber, and canola margarine keeps it tasting buttery without all the saturated fat. (Makes 5 snickerdoodle toasts.) - 2 tbs. canola margarine (butter or another margarine can be used) - 3 tsp granulated sugar - 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon - 5 slices whole wheat bread (about 40 grams each) 1. Place margarine, sugar and cinnamon into a custard cup or similar. Blend with a fork or spoon until ingredients are completely mixed and a spread is formed. 2. Toast bread and spread it with the snickerdoodle mixture. Per snickerdoodle toast: 150 calories, 4g protein, 21g carbohydrate, 6g fat (0.8g saturated fat), 0mg cholesterol, 2.5g fiber, 254mg sodium. Calories from fat: 35 per cent.

well, first off, if you eat 4 egg whites, scrambles in the a.m. they really only take like not even 2 minutes on high to cook, they are packed full of protein, contain almost no fat, and keep you full, especially if eaten with half a bagel with fat free cream cheese, all which have alot of protein and keep you going for awhile. Also a really good high protein bar is the South beach DIet bars, you buy in the nutrition bar area, not the snack bars. the ones that contain 19 g. of protein, Packed full of good stuff for you and they taste good and keep me full for about 4 hours. And they are great on the go. Also drink green tea with your breakfast because it curves your appetite anyways. It doesnt matter really what you eat, just how much and make sure it is always a high protein food, good for you and keeps the hunger off.

For breakfast you will want to do fruits, and juice. Lunch , you can have a turkey sandwich with a light or low calorie bread, or maybe a green salad with a low fat dressing.

Well, breakfast, you can have porrige, muesli, bran flakes, shreddies, shredded wheat (wholegrain cereals, oat cereals etc)if you want porrige, you can have with golden syrup and add some variety (cinammon, nutmeg). Lunch, you can eat salad, nothing wrong with that, chick peas, pasta, kidney beans. If you like sandwiches, eat some sardines, tuna. fruit juice with that too. Okay, and for dinner, you have to eat something, chicken, brown rice, potatoes, broccoli, peas, corn on the cob, green beans, carrots. For dessert, have a fruit salad, tastes very nice and is healthy. Snacks, start making your own snacks, to add some variety and so that you know what is going into it. Oh, and use the site below, some foods listed may be unhealthy, so bear that in mind. remember, always eat fruits and vegetables, eat well and dont forget to drink water (around 1.5L/8 glasses per day).
