My mom and I are going to start this tomorrow.
We've read up on it and we think this is the best jump start to a healthy lifestyle.
I know that this is only a temporary loss.
Mom and I are walking an hour a day, along with this diet.
Once the seven days are up we plan to eat WAY healthier and continue exercising.
I want to hear about results from anyone who has tried this.
And If i continue, will I lose weight and be able to keep it off?

I haven't tried this particular diet, however I did do an apple detox, only once because I hated it.

However that said you are quitting after seven days, so my only advice to you is try three instead, and consider a three day apple fast instead. You eat as many apples as you like for three days and only drink water or apple juice.

Cabbage soup has almost no calories. So the idea behind it is you'll fill yourself up on the soup, then you'll "feel" hungry and won't really eat too much fruit or veggies.
Truth is, if you ate over 2000 calories of fruit and veggies you would gain weight. The problem is it'd just be hard to eat that much in a day.
My last reply still stands, do it the healthy way. OR if you don't care, you can go on this diet. Chances are if you do it for any more than a few days you'll feel like complete ***.
