I'm 18, 4'11" and 90 pounds. I am very small and skinny but I still have some stubborn fat around my belly button. I eat very healthy, I am a vegetarian for 3 years and I exercise as much as possible. How can I get rid of it?? I want abs!

changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose weight if combine with walking everyday especially.
you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.
1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains (Asian basmati or jasmine rice gives lots of energy and can be found at your local oriental/asian market or some super markets), & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.
(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer and a rice cooker ((Both Very cheap)) .which, used together make it very easy to prepare very nutritional, healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil , diced garlic, pepper, sliced lemon and spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)

carbs....especially refined carbs (bread, sugar, flour, etc) will add bulk to the belly area. You may be dating low fat, but if it's pasta, you won't see any real results until you reduce the amount of refined carbs you eat.
If you want to look good for a specific event, you can try applying icy hot and wraping the area with saran wrap. Be sure to only wrap your mid section, as the rest of your body needs to breathe!! Wear this under your normal clothes and workout or walk for 2-3 hours before removing....this will cause you to lose a lot of water weight in that specific area, but it is a temporary fix.
I know how annoying it can be. The most important thing is don't lose too much weight. To get rid of the tummy fat try build up the muscles in your tummy.
Here are some exercises that help:
1. Lie down on your back with your arms stretch out above your head.
2. Count 5 seconds and left your legs and upper body. If you can feel your tummy muscles burning its working.
3.Then lie down for 5 seconds rest and do it again.
Try and do 5-10 of these every time you do them. You can do it as much times a day you want I suggest 2-4 times a day.
1. Stand as straight as you can.
2. Breath in for 2-3 seconds.
3. Breath out and so on.
This is a great exercise because you can do it anywhere!
Do it 5-10 times when your doing it and 5-10 times a day.
It may take a while but it will work. Make sure to do plenty of jackknives you can never do to much!

It's good that you realize you need to have stomach fat. It's also good that your fat covers your stomach muscles. After all, why would we want to see your 4-pack? And that "inch of belly fat" is probably skin. Flat stomachs and toned stomachs are for men, women look better with soft curves. There's no need to be embarrassed, and you should love the body you have.

Well, most likely you can't, it's in your natural-build(estrogen fat, meaning it's a fertility storage).
You can breakthrough that, but it would be bad for your body(hunger-diet, a crazy amount of exercise).

You need protein. Something vegetarians don't get much of. Protein is what builds muscle to create those abs.

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.
