Question: Im 13, 5'8, and like12o pounds. If I did 25 curlups every night then how many day/weeks/months would it take to get abbs? i dont have like rolls but i do have a little belly fat. oh and my body fat is 15%

Its different per person, but heres what you have to do. You need less than 10 percent body fat to have abs visual so you need to either run or swim each day and eat healthy. If you do that as well as increase your ab workout over time you will for sure have abs within a month easy, if not 3 weeks. Eat healthy means more water intake, less junk food intake. Also eat more protein than carbs. Like chicken or any lean proteins. Don't have too much dairy like milk or yogurt. Running and swimming means around 20 mins of either would be perfect and as time progresses you can start running or swimming or biking more. Then you will lose the extra body fat and you will have abs. Situps are good but also you may want to do other workouts as time goes by. Such as leg raises, crunches, plank. Do this when 25 sit-ups is too easy. Good Luck

Eating with your hands will mean that you take in more food in one scoop. Don't forget to eat slowly and stop when you're full. Similar to the above step, if you can't stop, drink up! Maybe your body is thirsty and hungry no more! Also, you can do any other chores (other than eating). For instance, go shopping, or play badminton with your friend, or play games on the computer! Spread out your diet! Eat more small chunks of meals, rather than 3 big meals. If you eat 100-150 calories or so every two hours, your body stays in a higher-metabolism digesting mode. Curlups (situps in the USA?) are good for this, so keep with them. Also, do flutter kicks (leg raises from on your back). The most important thing for a 6-pack is low body fat, as almost anyone has the muscle for it. Easiest way to lower your body fat is to increase the ratio of protein you eat to carbs. More lean white meats (chicken) and whey protein powder, less bread.

You need to do a couple more reps, crunches are the best way to go. If you don't have that much belly fat covering your abs it takes about 3-4 weeks for you to see results and 4-5 weeks for other people to see results. If you have belly fat try doing some cardio work outs as well, like jogging. Also try doing the ab ripper x video its really good.

Actually you couldnt do that. You h e to have atleast 13% in body fat to start doing tht. You have to be really skinny. If you did curlups while having fat on you, itll make you look fatter.

If you have belly fat then you should first get rid of that. curl ups won't help if you have belly fat. jog/run for 2-3 kms everyday and take a proper diet so you can get rid of the belly fat.
