Did I eat to much today? Topic: Did I eat to much today?

Question: Breakfast - 2 big bowls of cereal with milk (honey bunches of oats, 0%milk) and I mean a big bowl lol. Lunch - 3 pieces of fried chicken (the legs) and acai berry juice (1/2 a cup) Dinner - Small apple And I did nothing but lay down in my bed on twitter.. lol

Cereal - 320~ calories Chicken - 170~ x 3 - 490 calories Juice - 125 calories Apple - 80-100 calories Total = Just over 1000 calories Not the best nutritional mix but it sure ain't over the top, you'll be fine.

Eat more breakfast! This will kick up your metabolism for the day. Try, instead of eating carbs and sugar (yes fruit has carbs), to eat protein in the morning. Did you know that white bread and white rice has a lot of sugar? That also goes for pastas and most starches. Try switching to wheat or brown rice. You can cut the mayo and substitute it for olive oil and vinegar. You are so young, please make sure that it's okay for you to lose that much weight! After all, you are still growing. When in doubt about eating something, I always check the sugar and make sure there are less than 9g of sugar. Excess sugar can turn into fat. Think= more vegetables. You seem to be eating healthy! Good luck.

You might be a little light on the calories. You are walking a bit and having gym every other day, some one with an active lifestyle does need to eat a few more calories than someone with a lazy lifestyle You might want to have a bowl of cereal for breakfast. If possible add a good snack in between breakfast and lunch. Be sure to drink plenty of fluids like water and tea. Have high protein low fat foods and eat plenty of fiber. I would think this looks pretty good overall Remember if you do not eat enough calories this will cause problems with your body, it will want to store every extra calorie it can as fat.

No! But it depends on the age. The only thing is though you should try to even your meals out a bit.
