Question: I KNOW eating too many banana is not good for u, because it has a lot of calories. BUT, what are other fruits that u think are best to eat daily? esp when u r on a diet

Raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, plumbs, nectarines, apricots, apples. Try making a smoothing using your favorite fruits and some non fat yogurt. It's tasty, fat free and it helps you get in your daily fruit servings.

I did a variation of this diet that was mainly fruits and veggies, but also included whole grains (as long as they didn't contain wheat or gluten- meaning I was restricted to brown rice, quinoa and corn), legumes (beans, lentils, chickpeas, etc) and specific proteins (mainly soy, but also three eggs weekly). I lost twenty pounds in two months without adding on any exercise. I suggest you read Dr. Joshi's Holistic Detox, which has an extremely detailed week-by-week eating plan that will really help you lose weight quickly and keep it off. Don't just jump into the diet without understanding the nutrition behind it.

Have you ever heard of the glycemic index? Take a look at a glycemic index chart (do a google search) for the fruits you think you would like to eat. Then, only eat the fruits that have a low number on the glycemic index. The foods with a higher number spike your blood sugar levels and you will burn that energy first before burning fat. And burning fat is what you want to do to lose weight.

Umm maybe some cantalop and watermelon and i forget what its called but its a melon its like a green cantalope. Plus you can make fruit salades and put low fat yogurt on them. there is a yugort called BIObest.. its really good becuase it helps your digestive system and immune system, plus its low fat:) goodluck

apples, oranges, manderines, grapefruits, cantelope, paw paw, watermelon, pineapple, strawberries, rhubarb, kiwifruit, passionfruit and pears. try to avoid bananas, stoned fruit, grapes, cherries and dried fruits. i am currently trying to loose weight and spoke to my dr and this was the list he gave me! good luck!!
