When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

you are actually at a perfect weight , completely normal and could be 77 kg and not be overweight, your bmi is 21.9. the lowest weight you could be is 60kg and you would look a little too thin but it would be healthy.
eat everything in moderation and exercise regularly. eat lots of protein , and as you are a vegetarian eat tofu, cheese , milk( dairy products) are your main source!
hope i helped and i wouldn't lose more then 4 kg

Try increasing your protein intake. This slows the release of carbohydrates down. Aim for 40% carbs, 40% protein, 20% fat. So foods like legumes, cheese, eggs etc.
Yoga is great for flexibility but won't help you lose weight no matter what any one tells you. You need to increase your metabolism by getting your muscles active. So lots of high intensity interval training and hit the weights. the weights could even be body weight exercises if you're new to this, press ups, squats, lunges etc.
There's lots of help and forums to discuss this more in http://iexerci.se which you may find useful There are also free training programs and nutritional help in the food diary if you need it.
Hope this helps,

Start with walking, and drinking tons of water! Cut snacks with sugar, and lots of fat and salt. Eat alot of veggies and at least 3-4 apples a day! Increase excersise to a little more over the next 2 weeks. But, always listen to your body. If it says 'I am hungry, eat something light and drink some water'.
When eating meals, eat slower than you normally do and don't sit watching tv. The slower you eat the more you will realize when your full.
After supper, go for a walk, or do Billy Blanks Tae Bo (kick boxing).
You will like how you look in 3 months. Tried and tested by me for 3 yrs in a row!
