Any fruit is good for you, it just depends to how much you eat of it.
Bananas- Are mainly high in natural sugars and fibre which make them an ideal food for recovering a person energy. They are also high in Vitamin B and have a good amount of iron in then to help your body.
Strawberries- Strawberries are extremely good for you. They provide a high concentration of fibre and aspartic acid which help towards weight loss.
Raspberries- Contain a high amount of Vitamin C. Raspberries also contain pectin which is a fibre that helps control a person blood cholesterol levels.
Blueberries- Have no fat, sugars or sodium, they are also very low in calories. Blueberries are also very high in fibre which will help you fill up quicker and this could help with your dieting.
Blackberries- Are full of fibre, antioxidants and Vitamin C which can help boost your immune system.
Kiwis- Are rich in Vitamin C, A and E. They are also high in Potassium which help your cells and blood pressure.
Remember that as well as eating healthly, you also have to exercise to loose the weight. People always think that just because they are eating healthly they dont have to exercise, which isnt true. Try and take everything slowly and dont over do it. Good luck :)

for fruit you can try figs, mango, avocado, papaya, melons (honeydew is my favourite), pineapple, pears, cherries, all kinds of berries (black berries raspberries strawberries, fresh or frozen), peaches, nectarines, apricots...
for veggies try cucumbers, peppers, cherry tomatoes (I know they are fruits but whatever) broccoli, cauliflower, peas: eat them raw right our of the pods...yummy!, carrots, celery, etc...If you are not that big of a veggies eater then dip them into low fat ceasar or ranch dressing and they will taste much, much better!
Going on a, all-fruit diet is a bad idea. Fruit has too many sugars and not enough other essential vitamins/minerals/protein/etc. Maybe you should look into a juice fast. Watch the documentary "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" (free if you have streaming Netflix). Joe Cross goes on a vegetable/juice fast for 60 days and loses almost 90 pounds. Vegetables are the key- they're better for you than fruit. Your juice should contain at least 60% vegetables, better to be closer to 80%. But if you don't want to do that (don't want to buy a juicer and all that stuff), try sticking to STRICTLY vegetables, fruits, beans, and nuts (basically a vegan diet). That should help you lose weight in a healthy way. Good luck!

Thos are healthy fruits, as all fruits are. A fruit diet is absolutely fine as long as you do so for a specified period of time. Do a Google search for 'all fruit diet' to get more info. Look at the info most specifically from MDs and the medical community as opposed to blogs. It's kind of like a fast in that you can only follow this for a period of time and I don't know when you go back to school. Include a larger variety of fruits would be my recommendation.

Fruits are very healthy, although high in sugars, you should try a fruit salad, poached egg and wholemeal toast for breakfast because you need some protein in your meals to keep you feeling fuller for longer, if you have just fruit you will find yourself feeling quite hungry an hour or so later! Good luck x

There's no such thing as unhealthy fruit unless you add sugar or other stuff to it.
You better eat other stuff along with the fruit or the second you stop your fruit diet you'll just gain everything back you lost. Don't deny it, because it's true and every single person who went on a single thing diet gained weight back the second they stopped. Just do normal healthy eating and daily exercise and you'll lose weight and kept it off better and longer than you would with just a fruit diet.

Eating just fruit leaves your diet lacking in protein and lots of nutrients.
80% of weight loss is diet.
You can eat a healthy diet and lose weight.
You can eat a healthy diet and exercise and lose more weight.
You can exercise and eat a poor diet and not lose and even gain weight.
Note that I said "eat a healthy diet" not "go on a diet".
A good healthy diet high in fiber, lean meats, eggs, complex carbohydrates, whole grains, antioxidant foods, healthy beverages and low in added sugar and salt help people lose weight, lower cholesterol, increase energy, improve brain function, lower blood pressure, reduce cancer risk and have a more positive lifestyle!
You need to eat a lot more food and a lot more fiber!
Diets that exclude foods from any food group are fad diets and do not lead to permanent weight loss or solve any other health issues.
First, try to kick your fiber intake to 40 grams of both soluble and insoluble fiber.
Whatever you do, get your fiber from your food, not from a jar.
Fruits and vegetables have good fiber in them. A high fiber diet increases the metabolism.
Try a breakfast cereal with at least 20% of recommended daily allowance of fiber in it. Or oatmeal. They are usually low in sugar so there is a double benefit. Blueberries or raspberries on top add more fiber and antioxidants. But fresh or frozen, not the kind in syrup.
Raw nuts are a great source of fiber, healthy fats, and antioxidants. Avocados are the best.
Lots of beans, peas, and grains are high fiber. Whole grain breads. Fiber kicks up the metabolism so you actually burn more calories. These foods will give you more gas in the beginning but if eaten daily, the bacteria in the digestive tract will elevate lowering the gas output.
This will get you on the path for a healthy daily bowel movement. This helps clean the system and aids healthy digestion.
I know it goes against everything you've heard but eating lots of the right foods will actually help you lose weight!
Next, take a basic daily multivitamin. Don't look at your multivitamin as nutrition but more as an insurance policy. Think of it as filling in the gaps in your daily diet as opposed to a primary source of nutrients. If you are a woman, you may want a plus iron formula.
Last, you HAVE to drink lots of water to be healthy. But you can disguise it. Fill your glass all the way full with ice before pouring low sugar beverages. Try iced green tea with a splash of orange juice in it for sweet. More antioxidants. Add lemon juice to water for flavor. Slice up a cucumber and float it in pitcher of water. Gives it salty fresh taste. But you must drink up to 100 oz of water daily to help your body get rid of waste and the toxins it contains.
You must combine a healthy diet with exercise to multiply the benefit. Whether an hour a day in the weight room or just a 30 minute brisk walk every day, the added benefit of a regular exercise program really do increase and accelerate healthy weight loss.

Yes. Thats healthy. Yogurt has important nutriants in it that will help your digestion, and since this doesn't have sugar in it nothing but the vitamins will stick with you for long.

Measure available that bowl of cereal as well as oatmeal, including the fruit, nuts, maple syrup, milk, and yogurt you add to it. Have a set of measuring cups and spoons accessible instead of eyeballing.

definately a lot of protein. any fruit espeically bananas, apples, oranges, plums, peaches, avacados, and apricots.
but mainly you need to do hair massages and use parachute coconut oil. you get it in a bottle and you squeeze it out into your hand and apply it onto your scalp. its oil so obviously it will make your hair looks very very greasy so DO NOT go into public like that. keep oil into your hair and onto the scalp for four or five hours and then wash it out with nice shampoo and condiitioner. it will leave your hair shiny with no split ends and very long and think. do this atleast twice a week for quick results. parachute oil, you can buy it from ilford.
