Question: so i'm 14 and i understand i'm in puberty and everything so i will gain weight alot in the next few years, but i love my body shape i have a pear shape except i want to gain a little more weight knowing it's gonna go down to my butt and legs because that's where it's been going my whole life lol. but i think i have a fast metabolism because i eat a lot of fatty foods and stay skinny with no excersize, any suggestions on foods i should eat a little more (NOT mcdonalds, i would like to keep it a little healthier than that) and are there certain foods like vegetables and meats and stuff that are more fattening easily?? :)

i wish i had this problem anyways eat a diet rich in carbs. Pasta, potatoes, bread, pizza, etc. Eat a bowl of pasta before you go to bed. Eat, eat, eat. As for meats, stick with pork and red meat.
