If you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). Best way to lose weight is NOT a DIET. Change your lifestyle and start with weight watchers..you eat anything that you want but in smaller portions. You also need to run or jog or do aerobics and then do anaerobics by doing some light weight lifting. the combination will make you lose the weight and keep it off. there is no easy way to lose weight quick, b./c the weight you lose is just water weight and it will return soon after you start back to your normal routine. The race in losing weight is not to the swift but to the one that perseveres. You have to be patient. It took a long time to gain and will take a long time to lose it. Best of luck1

Well if you have alot of weight to lose, its better to lose it slowly while adding lots of cardio and weight training. That way you have less skin to deal with because you are replacing fat with muscle and toning those areas. You are also more likely to keep it off because instead of a diet making you lose weight, its the lifestyle change thats causing the weight loss. I have lost 50 on atkins just to gain 80 back when I started eating carbs again. I wasnt going crazy either, but I have learned that your body need carbs and you can lose wieght eating them. I've lost over 60 pounds so far using sparkpeople. No fad diets, very healthy and fun!!

Walk 7km per day. Cycle around a bit. You must get some sortof exercise for atleast 30min a day 6 days a week. Drink lots of water. Avoid salty food and food made with yeast - bread etc. Dont drink sodas, drink only water. If you must have coffee then dont put sugar and cream. People have been getting fat the past 100years because we are doing less and less physical things to survive. I started jumping on my girls trampoline, hopefully that works. I would like to go jog but i have inflamation in right heel. will also start cycling soon. Those are the 'Easy ways' to loose weight. Hard ways include joining gym, following the body for life eating plan. Folloing the weider split system of treining program etc. I know - it eint easy - but what is easy and worth while? Thats right - Nothing!
