Question: I'm 5'1 and 175 pounds! I recently have lost 10 pounds due to diet, smaller portion and less sugary foods and more veggies and more water. My question to you is will the scale show weight loss change if I weigh myself every day? Also I've decided that I'm going to wait to more more advance workouts with exercising since my hips n everything are hurting since theres so much weight on them. Is there any way to speed up the weight loss or any tricks?

Exercising and healthy diet will help you get on the right track. I've been using a Product called Pure Acai Berry Max. And it's working for me very well. About a year, and they lost A LOT of weight.. it's just too bad that they didn't stick with it. They gained all of it back within 5 months. (it was my sister)

One very smart way to lose weight is to take some tea regularly without sugar. Not any kind of tea, the kind named Pu'er. It is fermented tea from China, the only kind that grows better with time. Once brewed the color is reddish. It does not only help to lose weight, it is good for blood circulation and helps to fight stress. And of course while you make it and sip your tea you don't eat anything else.

Even Weight Watchers allows a slice of pizza. I would skip the rolls though. Have a big salad and a slice of pizza.

never eat any snack food out of the box carton or bag it came in you re less likely to overeat if you separate snacks into appropriate fist sized servings

Make sure you have at least 1,200 calories a day. Go to the websites below to find out how many calories you need to eat a day. CUTTING YOUR CALORIES TOO MUCH WILL MAKE YOU GAIN WEIGHT! Break your daily calories up into 6 small meals of 200-300 calories each. Space the meals 3-4 hours apart. Cadio exercise 5 days a week at least in 30 min. - 60 min. sessions. If you skip one, don't freak out about it. Stay motivated. Weightlifting every other day! Eat lots of protein, drink only water and Crystal Light Energy, and get enough fiber/calcium.
