Question: I drink three-four cokes a day and top it off with a bunch of other junk food BUT I ONLY WEIGH 80 lbs and it pisses me off because I really don’t know how to start gaining this weight! I can only eat a little bit because I start to feel full in like 5 minutes I have a really fast metabolism and I hate it because Ive never gone past 85 lbs in my entire life and I’m only 16

That's absurd - if you want to gain weight, then do it the right way. Drinking 3 or 4 cokes and eating junk food is not the right way to gain weight. Increase your caloric intake with nutritious calorie-dense foods, such as: Nuts and nut butters Seeds and dried fruit Granola or trail mix Avocados Salmon Quinoa Eggs Whole wheat pasta Dark chocolate *Cook with oil, not wine (olive oil is healthy) *Add seeds and nuts to oatmeal, parfaits, smoothie bowls, and salads *Add nut butters to smoothies

Don't listen to the bullies!! there are so many people who wish to be skinny like you!!! but.. if you really want to just eat a lot of junk food and no physical activity although i do not reccomend this because is really not healthy for you!!

Filling up on crappy food is not a good option. The best way to normalise weight (gain or lose, whichever is needed) is to eat a well balanced diet full of good nutrition. A serve of protein (meat, fish, cheese, eggs, beans) at every meal. Fruit. Vegetables. Dairy. Wholegrains. As you find eating a large meal difficult, have 5 or 6 meals a day. Breakfast, midmorning, lunch, midafternoon, dinner, supper.

It really depends on your metabolism type. There are three scientific classifications for metabolism. Endomorphism, Mesomorph, and Ectomorph. To explain them simply, the endomorph has trouble losing weight, the mesomorph can gain or lose weight at their discretion, and the ectomorph can eat everything in sight and not gain a pound. Assuming your not the endomorph or mesomorph, the ectomorph has to eat complex carbs like starches and red meats, because their metabolic rate is very high. So stick to thing like potatoes and lean red meats like sirloin and take extra protein. And if your trying to gain muscle mass I have found that full body workouts every other day work best. I am an ectomorph as well and put on 25lbs of muscle thanks to this information. Hope this helps.
