Question: I'm 14 and I let myself go a little over the last few months. I know its summer and just going outside and getting active would help but I can't go outside because I'm grounded until next week. My friends want to throw me a little "your finally free" party. I wore a bikini and now I can't. I need to lose 3 or four inches off my weight to look good. I know It's unhealthy but I need to lose the weight FAST. Is there any cleansing diets that have worked for you or exercises that I can do inside other than crunches and reverse crunches? Anything will help even if it's unhealthy, I have no conditions so I can take it. I know I'm growing and ill thin out on my own over the next few years but I need this now to be self-confident.

I,m not sure if these products would be good for because you are so young, but it has workrd for me. I have lost 8 pounds in my first month with a product called Natural Acai. Let me just say this.... Losing nearly 20 Lbs in 20 Days is not safe. Try to eat around 1700-1900 Calories a day, and eat tons of protein. You don't want to eat any less than that or your body will go into a "starvation mode." This will hurt your metabolism and hinder your long-term weight loss goal. When working out; do both cardio (running, biking, swimming laps) and weight training (push-ups, chin-ups). Both will help you lose wight. Try eating many small meals a day instead of 3 big ones like we have all been taught to do. Try to drink a gallon of water a day, and include green tea. This will speed up you metabolism.

I really hate to burst your bubble, but it'll be pretty much impossible to lose 3 inches in just a week. It takes people about 2 weeks just to lose the "water weight" (the weight you take off without making any physical changes). If you want to give off a thinner appearance, exercise like crazy and eat less (and a lot more fruits and greens). Look up things like yoga, pilates, and the like on YouTube. You can find tons of instructional stuff there. Also, try 8 Minute Abs and 8 Minute Legs. It helps tone you, and I felt like I saw some improvement in a little more than a week. It's a bit of a stretch, but it's the most you can do for now. But just wanted to add once more that losing that much in a week is going to be near impossible... unless you mean 3 inches off your entire body, and not just on a particular part, and 3 inches off your whole body won't change that much.

What is your age??? Generally you gain weight because of fats deposits, just dissolve them. How? People go for losing weight by pills or starving. Pills do not act effectively and for longer durations. Pills have many side effects for your health. Starving weakens you and your defense system is also weakened. This makes you less resistant against infactions and other diseases. The best way is to lose weight by change of diet and your physical activities. 1. Reduce or stop to take oils and fats. 2. Stop taking sugar and glucose. (Mainly tea, coffee & cold drinks. 3. Stop taking potato, rice. 4. Reduce wheat and corn as much as possible. Take vegitables, boiled meat, fruits (even sweet). And at the top of all: Walk at least 40 to 60 minutes twice a day. You will start losing weight to the extent of daily difference.

To lose weight, you need to burn more calories than you consume. That means diet and cardio exercise. You can do crunches til the cows come home but that's not going to make a big impact on the amount of fat. Reasonably reduce your diet and increase cardio exercise. "Cleansing" diets are scams. You lose weight because you take in fewer calories. You can do that without cleansing, which your body does naturally.

I would just search for indoor exercises online and drink water. Try to eat healthy too. But be safe.
