Question: I only weigh 130.I am 5'8.I really want to gain some weight cuz I feel Im too slims there any food I can eat or anything I can drink to help me gain weight more quickly.I need specific food. I dont care whether the food is healthy or how much fat it has in it.I really wanna gain more weight quickly. Im limited when it comes to doing exercises because I have a herniated disc in my back. Can anyone tell me some food I can eat and what can I drink? can someone give me a list a food I can eat for breakfast,lunch and dinner.I usually only eat 2 meals a day(breakfast dinner) I'm a male and im 25

Oh my God, so easy ! Fruits & Veggies (you still need to eat healthy food even when you're trying to gain weight) Icecream Doughnuts / Pizza / Fried Chicken / Spaghetti Nuts

Don't trust that free trial thing first of all cus it's a scam. Don't just eat a bunch of crap cus it'll just make your skin look bad and ruin your muscles. So my best guess would be eat A LOT of peanut butter and almond butter and avocado. These things have lots of fat but they are also healthy and really really good for your skin and hair. Also carbs make you gain weight. So eat a lot of pasta and rice, but make sure it's not just bleached white flour ****. Get some whole grain kind.

1st of all eat lunch. start exercising to build muscle. Then your body will need you to eat more so they can grow. And sleep atleast 9 hrs /night.
