i got the motivation and im totally eating great food but i also want to be big like buff and i know that cutting cals cheats your muscles out of growth. so is there good sources of calories? and i makes ure i burn every calorie i eat is that good? thanks

do bulk up, you need to eat and lift weights. and most importantly follow good diet. your diet is the most important thing for getting bigger and be in shape. you need to take protein shakes, and eat protein cereals with high fiber. you need to take protein shakes before and after workout and meals. eat chicken breasts with tomato sauce. and boiled potatoes. and lots of vegetables and fruits. for snacks, you should eat good source of fats like almonds and peanuts. and eat white eggs and take vitamins such as calcium,. vitamin c, vitamin d etc..... and take 6 meals a day and lift hard with good form.. and don't work same muscle group, work other muscle groups every other day. and you need rest in between these workout plan. you can get good source of calories from chicken and fishes and potatoes and proteins drinks and vegetables

cant be bothered 2 watch the vdo but u have 2 wake up.
you cannot lose weight fast.
it all goes back 2 ur daily habits and your eating habits. whenever u feel hungry, just eat barely what u need and remember whatever extra u eat goes straight to your belly and thighs.
having more protein in your diet can really help you in losing weight because it keeps you full and is not fat. your body will just burn the fat (excess carbs from your last meal).
exercise is also important but it doesnt mean u have 2 spend an hour a day at the track or the gym. if u take the public transport, walks to the stops are good work outs, just keep them fast. if u drive, park farther away from where u work and walk. make up reasons. its not that hard. u probably do that in many other things so do that for yourself.
I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Eat good, filling meals, but ones that are healthy, such as a steak, baked potato, and corn. If you barely eat anything, then you'll get hungry more, and therefore eat more.Burning every calorie you eat is NOT good. Your body needs calories, just not a lot of them. So eat lots of veggies, fruits, and meat, and exercise regularly. Good luck!

Powerbar or some sort of "cool down bar" after working out... it's helps musle groth. other then that you can cheat your muscles the rest of the day...
its what i do when i train for track and i run a 1:59.6 in the 800m

if you go to www.wu-yisource.com to get the 2007 diet of the year, shown on most popular tv shows,NBC,ABC.etc. and to get muscle you can go to iwantsixpackabs.com he has videos on abs, muscle toning and muscle building. give that a try. also, to get big, you are going to eat about three times as much protein than regular and exercise alot.

Hey there kiddo, as you can see, Jerry here gave you one heck of an explanation. He is correct. But I'll break it down for ya.
If you are uncomfortable with your body and want to lose fat, (because poundage isn't bad, fat is)
then start with a running routine. You could lift weights, but you're a bit too young. So the routine is called HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) you basically sprint full speed, then walk for a bit, then sprint and continue that way. It helps lose fat very easily. You would start with about 30 seconds of sprinting, then a minute or so of walking. Then build up on it everytime. Take rest days, don't do it everyday. Also, no suger, sweets, soda. Eat healthy, eat normal, not too much, and little less than normal if you want to lose weight. Not too much though.
