Question: Well I am 5'3, 130 pounds and I feel not necessarily overweight, just not where i want to be at.. I want to look slim and feel comfortable in a bathing suit. Global warmings speeding up that season, 29ยบ in Canada in April! Anyway, I want to lose 10 or 20 pounds quickly, maybe in the next month or two. I know it's harder to lose weight when you're not considerably overweight, but I've never been able to be proud of my body. Plus my boobs have gotten so big so fast i have little stretch marks - wanna get rid of those too. Rather embarrassing I'd say. Any tips/suggestions would be appreciated !

Hi. A friend of mine successfully lost 17 kg in 3 months by following a very simple diet plan cheap and safe. She lost 5 kg in the first month just by eating oatmeal for lunch and dinner, not eating past 6pm. Also allowed vegetables and fruits into the diet. For the second and third month she allowed some fish into the diet in addition to the oatmeal, fruits and vegetables. She is looking very well and normalised her blood sugar problem and border line blood pressure problem. Best breakfast is oatmeal. Also, skipping lunch can backfire and cause you too gain wait as your body will want to store more energy to compensate for the lost meal. If you really wanna lose weight the best thing to do is start working out or running

At a restaurant split your meal and eat only half meal and take the rest home if the quality is more

When losing weight, you should follow the dual course: exercise and diet together.
