I am 14 years old, I'm 5'8 and I weigh 157-159 depending on how much I eat. I have cut out the pop and all of the other sugary drinks and have been drinking only water, I play basketball for atleast 35-60 minutes every other day and still haven't seen any good progress, I have slight man boobs and they disgust me because whenever I go to swim at a beach or lake and see these guys who are either ripped or skinny I wish I was like them and I don't even want to take my shirt off. After all of that I am basically asking how can I control my portion sizes without over eating, and what are some good fat burning excersizes I can do at my house where I will begin to see results

One thing don't ever be ashamed of you body. I'm going through a problem with my love handles, but i'm losing weight fast. i'm only 106 right now and 5'1, but my love handles are just ew. but i'm loosing weight real easy, what you should try is doing;
1. The butterfly kick. ( Do this twice a day)
2. Try walking around your neighborhood everyday, morning, evening, and night.
3. exercise right before you go to bed. (jumping jacks, sit ups, crunches. anything really)
4. it really doesn't matter what you eat, just don't to much.
5. I heard that light soda is better than dark soda, so you can have a light soda light sprite every now and then.
6. jog around your neighborhood at night. ( I always do, plus I was told, when you feel tired while running/jogging it's better to breath through your nose, and exhale through your mouth.)
7. It's always good to eat a lot of fruits and veggies.
