i wanna gain weight......but it never happens
m 17 year old male 5'8.....good body structure...6 pack abs ....but im only 50 kg.....which is really low....i eat food every now nd then but it seems of no use...is there any way i cud gain weight...
P.S: i dot wanna take any medicine and ****....
i eat a lot but it never comes into the scales
i wanna increase say 6 kilos and round it up to 56 kilos...i wud b very happy...is there any method u might know

Well you could do weights. Just do ones that keep you ripped and put on weight slowly.
I don't recommend getting bulky as if you stop for a few months, say from an injury then that bulky muscle will quickly turn to fat.
I used to be pretty skinny and started working out at 16 and quickly put on muscle. Before your early 20's it's relatively easy to do because some amino acids or something like that you produce naturally.
Oh and remember to stretch, warm up and cool down. People don't say it for fun. You see those old people with hunched backs? That's from muscles tightening up over the years, or so I hear.

No fiber will not interfere with the vitamin absorption. Metamucil is healthy because it also will help you with the bad cholesterol. You never can take to much fiber, so don't worry. You can take to much of a kind of Vitamin. C you can overdose,never mindd but others like A and E you need to becare fulll. It seems you are on the right track but you need to know what is the daily maximum of intake for certainfood supplementss you take. 3-4 times a day is healthy don't worry. You are maybe to much focused on your physicall health but according to my opinion you are on the right track.
You have to lift weights and eat 3 times more protein than an average guy. I'm serious, you have to eat until you think you've had enough, and then eat even more.
You might want to get some medical marijuana if its legal in your state. It increases your appetite like nothing else.

I have the same problem I'm 5'6" and only 110 lbs I eat constantly. My doc told me it's cuzz my metabolism is extremely high but will slow down around the time I'm 30. You might have the same issue which means your ganna be small till your metabolism decides to slow down.

Hello. I think playing sports will let you gain a lot of weight. My bro lost fat and gained muscle and weight after he played football and wrestling for 2 years. :)
