I'm 23 my current weight is 94lbs& have had two beautiful kids but I have never weighed over 100lbs only when I was pregnant. I eat whatever I want whenever I want and the weight never sticks. As a woman it's difficult to find clothes that fit and look age appropriate and to feel sexy. My gaol weight is 111 , I'm open to any suggestions please help

I had problems gaining weight until I realized I simply needed to increase my calorie intake. The best way you can start gaining weight WHILE staying healthy is by adding a few extra 'umphs' to your food. I don't know what you eat but I can provide examples...
If you eat an apple, add almond butter. Eat yogurt? Add chopped nuts and honey.
This will work overtime but I was a little impatient and wanted to gain weight faster. If you want to gain it faster, mix about 8-12 ounces of soy milf, 1 cup of protein powder and 1/3 or 1/2 cup of oatmeal into the blender and drink it once a day. My weight gain increased and I was able to do it while staying healthy.

It's suppose to be one of the high rated and used protein shake.

I had the same problem. You're probably not finished growing yet. Be patient with your body, you'll probably fill out soon.
If you must gain weight, just eat lots of whole grains, meat, nuts, and dairy. Avoid fatty foods because they contain the wrong sorts of fat that can harm your body. Don't overfill yourself. Instead eat a lot of hearty snacks. Get a lot of sleep too! You could also try working out to build muscle. Don't forget that that means you need extra protien and calories for energy and building materials.
I always tell my clients to not have a goal weight but a goal size. They measure their waist, legs, and arms for that.
Eat healthy: leafy greens, lean meat, almonds, oatmeal, and fresh fruit and veggies. Red meat is okay along with potatoes but you need to workout hard on those days. You can carb load if your workouts are intense.
HIIT, Strength, Cardio! There is your guide. 3 HIIT, 2 strength, 1 cardio is what I make my football players do. I also make them do ballet workouts, you will be surprised once you feel those muscles.
Make sure HIIT workouts are no longer than 15 minutes and for strength training train with and without weights. Always incorperate push ups, planks, lunges, and squats. Mix up your workouts.
Stick to the same schedule and don't cheat yourself. I would workout now but not start an eating plan until new years.
Stick to the guide and you'll be golden.

U can exercise.. Exercises isn't for just losing weight, if u do weight baring exercise u will surely gain weight because muscle weighs more than fat

The way to be healthy is to eat healthy, that doesn't mean eat whatever to gain weight. It means to eat in a healthy way. Eat with colors. All parts of the different food groups. Here's a good site to look at healthy foods to make. http://www.eatingwell.com/
Also it's better to make things than to eat something out of the box.
And you could always have super food juices they give them to people who have eating disorders and need to gain weight (http://www.odwalla.com/)
Also you could try to gain some muscle.
Just remember just because you don't feel sexy you are beautiful, treat your body with the respect and nutrition it deserves.

Please read my answer. You don't have to vote on it, BUT PLEASE READ IT - IT IS VERY IMPORTANT.
Do not ever consume less than 1600 calories per day.
I REPEAT: DO NOT CONSUME LESS THAN 1600 calories per day.
No matter what other people answer or write:
DO NOT CONSUME LESS THAN 1600 calories per day. This is VERY IMPORTANT. The reason why it is important is because if you take any less, your body will send a signal to your brain: "I am in a starvation mode" and then your brain will trick you into having many unwanted side effects like developing uncontrolled bringing.
Next thing: please get yourself a book by Judith Beck. It is called "Beck's Diet for Life". There is an older version, that I also recommend, it is called "The Beck Diet Solution". Please use it. It has a step by step approach. If you do not have the money, borrow it from your local library. This book will explain all kinds of different things for you and your will thank me later for recommending it to you.
Beck's diet for life also gives you a formula how to calculate what amount of calories you need each day to lose weight in a healthy way. I would say, you probably need around 2000 calories per day. But the most important thing is to eat enough calories so you do not feel starving and your brain does not react in an unhealthy way.
One thing that really helped me to stop my cravings was to give up gluten. Even though my test came back negative, I have been on a gluten-free diet for over 6 weeks and my cravings have completely stopped. If you do not have gluten intolerance, you don't have to do it, but 30% of all people of European decent have some kind of gluten sensitivity, so I would not rule it out.
So, to recap:
1. Eat 2000 calories per day for a start, slowly decrease the amount but don't ever go lower than 1600. Never ever starve yourself.
2. Get a book by Judith Beck.
3. Cut out all gluten (including in shampoos and soaps) and all milk products for at least four weeks and see the difference. If you do not notice any change, I promise I will never write another comment or answer any question for as long as I live. Just reducing gluten and milk is not enough - they have to be cut out completely.
