I have lupus like you, you are very young, and seem very mature for your age. Like most things try to learn as much as you can, your doctor who diagnosed you should've explained lots to you and given you information for this, anyhow...yes sunlight will cause flares up, and stress in peticular for me...the best thing is to cover up with loose cotton clothing and wear a good sunscreen, avoid the hottest times of the day as much as possible...and we all should do that anyways with or without lupus. Use a body lotion everyday that is organic and or a perfume free/chemical free to avoid any further flare problems. People out there can be cruel and mean, I do know the feeling. Sometimes people can have remissions with lupus, but there are no guaranties, personally my flares are regular since i can remember. I learned to accept and embrace lupus, and have become a better person. Internet is full of great information, but to really know the best individual advice is to talk to your doctor. Healthy blessings to you, cheers.

is this the first time you've been constipated? For now take a regular laxative from the drugstore...can you stay home tomorrow, as you never know how those are going to affect you ie diarrhea etc. Not sure why you blacked out unless it was from pain/strain?? The only beverage you should be drinking from now on is water....unless of course strong coffee 'stimulates' things to get moving...you can have a cup or two during the day. Your diet must change in future...laxatives are not a long term answer...but for emergencies like this I'd get some tonight. I've never heard of dieing from pooping so hard...however a bowel obstruction is nothing to mess with but usually you have sever pain internally and nothing comes out at all.(having it be painful when it actually is coming out is normal when severly constipated) Water is key here...so don't underestimate that as necessary now and in the future....don't go nuts...but at least 6-8 glasses per day. More fresh foods etc Also there are safe herbal options at health food stores for future...talk to someone who knows what they are talking about.

Perhaps the stool softeners are not strong enough. Maybe you might want to try a laxative. Also take note of your diet. Eat more fruit and vegetables. If the problem persists, see a doctor.
You already know the best thing is prevention. Wear high SPF sunscreen ALL THE TIME, apply it often, and majke sure it protects against both UVA and UVB rays. Hats help a lot, too. Make sure you drink enough water. The sunscreen will help with the fluorescent lights at school too.
You probably have noticed that stress makes it worse. There are a number of ways to handle stress which include changing the way you think, getting exercise, and practicing things like yoga and meditation.
Eurecin makes a cream that helps remove redness and does a fantastic job of moisturizing. I have not seen it in stores, but dermatologists often carry it. People use it for the redness of rosacea.
I often use Physicians Formula green concealer on top of moisturizer and before I put on foundation. It comes in a little tube and you can find it at most drug stores. Just a little drop spread around neutralizes the red and all kinds of imperections. Put a foundation that matches your skin tone over it and then finish with the green powder. You will be amazed at how flawless your complexion appears.

You are very young to have lupus already. Are you sure that is what it is? Lupus is an autoimmune disease and is with you for life, although the symptoms can come and go.
I suggest you read up on the subject and become well informed about the treatments, your dietary needs and long term prognosis. Below is a website to help you get started. It's a very informative website, somewhat technical and you may learn some things you don't want to know, but if you really do have lupus you will need to know the best way to deal with it, and should start learning now.
For you skin, I suggest something on the natural side like Aubrey Organics Rosa Mosqueta lotion.

You can't spot lose weight so you're going to have to lose all ove
First off I just want to put out there that though situps are effective they aren't effective enough to be worth your time
walk an hour or two (or run)
Eat healthier - cut down on junk food but don't eliminate it cuz this could lead to a binge
and when you do eat remember that portion control is key - it's not what you eat it's how much you eat!!!!!
Swimming and dancing are good forms of exercise cuz they are fun and at the same time beneficial so if you are interested you should definitely go for it
I know you will have a bunch of answers saying that losing that much weight in four months is too fast or unhealthy but plain and simple --- when you are overweight it is easy and not harmful to lose wieght at that rate
one side effect though of losing weight that fast -especially since your priority is too lose inches is that you may have lose skin that usually isn't a problem with more gradual weight loss
anyhow I know you can do it if you set your heart to it and I believe in you so you should too
