Question: That is pretty good at the price with minimal exercise? It's hard for me to exercise, since I'm a stay at home mom with a 5 month old. Any ideas. I need to lose 20-30 pounds by June 13th. I am 5'2 and 150 now. .

I have used hydroxy cut and have lost weight. I am using it now but I accompany it with weight watchers and I am seeing great results so I am not sure if it is the weight watchers or the hydroxy cut but something is working. Hydroxy cut can give you the shakes and the cracked out feeling lol so I do not take the recommended amount. By boyfriend does and he says he is fine and now used to it... I tend to get headaches so I am not sure if i will ever be used to it.... So hydroxy cut works but probably not like you are hoping.. You will still need to work out and eat right and hydroxy cut can help you do that!! I have heard from people at GNC that it is the best seller and there are different types you can try.... good luck!

I vote for Another Goofy Propaganda Pill. It's all hype and I think people will drop it like rock. I mean, get real you can be serious, how can you get excited about losing 1 pound a month with some nasty side effects. People who tested it only lost 1 pound per month, that's barely effective in my opinion. It works by blocking some of the fat normally digested by the intestine. But the gross thing is guess where the fat ends up? The side effects include diarrhea, anal leakage, Fatty/oily stool, oily spotting, intestinal gas with discharge, bowel movement urgency, poor bowel control and headaches. Doesn't sound like fun to me, what are people suppose to do wear a diaper? I suggest two all natural diet pills that are safe and have no side effects. They are Hoodia Gordonii and Cha de Bugre. Hoodia Gordonii is a natural appetite suppressant derived from a South African cactus that the bushmen have eaten there for thousands of years. You need to make sure you get a strong pure hoodia that is certified to be genuine. I aways recommend Totalink's unbiased Hoodia comparison at http://hoodiagordonii.totalink.com/hoodia_comparison.html Cha de Bugre, is a new weight loss supplement that is growing in popularity and is similar to Ma Huang (Ephedrine) without any of the bad effects. Cha de Bugre is from Brazil and has been used there safely for centuries. Cha de Bugre provides energy, fat burning and appetite suppression that benefit weight loss. Cha de Bugre also has additional uses that are known in Brazil that include being used as a mild diuretic, a cellulite reducer, aides in reducing herpes simplex outbreaks and a heart tonic. You can find more about it at http://hoodiagordonii.totalink.com/cha_de_bugre.html Hope this helps, if you want to know more about Hoodia I have written a lot of articles on it. Just search Yahoo or Google under my name “Andrew Aitaken” to find them. Remember, you should always consult your physician before taking any diet pill or weight loss supplement.

I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes. Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight. First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising... This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace .com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day. Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

We understand how being a new mother can be very tiring in those first few months. Finding the time to feed and look after yourself can disappear and things can mount up, leaving you feeling drained and alone, but we believe we can help you. By following a nutritious diet that is low in fat and high in fibre, you can maintain your energy levels without snacking. Also, try eating lean meats such as boneless chicken and lean cuts of beef. Replace white bread and pasta with whole grain bread and pasta. They will taste just as good with more added benefits for your body.

I am now not a Doctor however I do understand there is not any dependable fast repair for a trouble that built over the years. Sure you might take vitamin drugs to cut back your urge for food, however now not consuming is solely as unsafe as over consuming if now not extra so. Anything that says to be a miracle healing is not anything extra the a modern-day day variant of what was once referred to as snake oil which was once bought out of the again of a blanketed wagon to unsuspecting saps again within the 1800's Rule of thumb "if it sounds to well to be actual then it most likely is."

I wouldnt recommend diet pills, they can be worse for you then you think and are most the time very addictive. Try these two exercises: http://www.nowloss.com/fast-weight-loss-... http://www.nowloss.com/best-workout-vide...

Win Originally Answered: Whats the difference between a diet pill and a diet aid?
I'm not sure about the differences between them, but I know they're all dangerous and filled with chemicals. Most products that aren't vitamins or minerals that promote "weight loss" such as diet pills, diet aids, detoxes for weight loss, and ultra cleanses are filled with laxatives, heart stimulants, loads of herbs that irritate your stomach and colon, chemicals that can harm your heart and lungs. Jillian Micheals, the woman famous for being all fit and toned, has supposedly had to have over thirteen surgeries to shave her bones down from all the steroid use, steroids that were put into all of her products. The best thing you can do is stay away from chemicals. Eat healthy organic foods, and work out, alternating between aerobic and anaerobic exercises at least once a day for thirty minutes.
