Also should I consider stopping my exercise and my diet? I drink lots of water and eat veggies so do not bother saying to drink more water and eat more veggies. In fact I was using the restroom more often when I ate more regularly and ate more junk food. Should I completely avoid cheese and milk for the rest of the week? I wasn't eating that much of it. What fruits and vegetables should I buy? Do not say prunes..
Could it be I'm getting my period? Could it be the low cal diet effecting me?
No I'm not that young. I meant could it be that I'm close to getting it again. lol.

Yes, your hormones the week before your period can constipate you. To see if it's that, just keep eating as normal and see if things improve once you get your period.
It may be that the cheese and milk affect you. Next time you have this problem, try dropping the cheese and milk for a few days. If you try both these approaches at the same time, you won't be sure which one did the trick.
Exercise actually keeps things moving, so I wouldn't stop exercising either way. Good for you for eating healthy vegetables and drinking lots of water.

Eat lots of grapes.
You can also buy pills that will loosen you. There's some types of tea, too, but be careful because some tea can be damaging for younger people (you sound young, seeing as you haven't got your period yet).
But a pill called Coloxil (think that's how you spell it) is available for all ages.

After having an operation, I got really really constipated.
The nurse said the best fruit for this would be prunes, dates or grapes.
Although the prunes were disgusting, they really worked.
You can also try fresh juice too.

Plenty of oranges and mandarins will get the system going.
Actually all fruit in very large amounts is laxative and that also includes peaches, apricots, plums, pears and apples.

Nothing beats a warm cup of tea or coffee.
Fruits with lots of juice should help: water mellon, mangoes etc
