Question: I would like to know how to lose at least 10-20 pounds in 7 days I HATE DIET PILLS AND I DONT WANT TO BUY FOOD LIKE NUTRISYSTEM. I do it the old fashion way by excersising and eating right.I Dont want to join an online diary that u write in telling how many pounds u lose and stuff like that. Can You Help Me??? What I want: Anything that is good and not to buy Helps my keep track with send in mail trackers and food guides

I don't want to sounds like I'm lecturing you, but here goes! I used to suffer from eating disorders so I know every trick in the book when it comes to losing a whole heap of weight in a few days. I presume you want to lose the weight long term though, not just for a period of time? Speaking purely from experience, that's virtually impossible. You can easily lose the weight but only through very unhealthy methods - like fasting or eating little and purging (I am NOT recommending this - it's a very very slippery slope!). But the only way you'll keep it off if you do this is to continue this kind of 'diet', which can only result in you ending up in hospital in the long term. It's not the way to go. But say if you fasted for a week and lost 14lbs and then went back to eating properly the following week, the weight will come straight back on and you'll probably end up heavier than you were before. Trust me, I've done it about a thousand times in the past! It will be mostly water weight that you lose for starters. And your metabolism will drop greatly, meaning it'll be far easier for you to gain weight in the future. Believe me I know more than anyone the frustration in wanting to lose weight NOW and not have to wait. But to be done successfully I'm afraid it just HAS to be done over a longer period of time. You'll find that in the first few weeks of a diet you'll lose a surprising amount of weight anyway, as there's usually a sudden drop in weight and then the weight-loss will end up tailing off to 1 or 2 lbs a week in the long term. But you could easily lose 10lbs in your first month healthily. I'm not the best person to recommend what you should be eating - the only advice I could give really is to drink LOTS of water and exercise regularly to keep your metabolism up - the higher your metabolism, the faster you'll lose weight. Look up on the internet what the best foods to eat are to keep your metabolism up. But your best bet diet wise would be to go to your GP, explain your realistic weight-loss targets and he'll be able to design you a healthy diet plan tailored to your own requirements. Please don't go down the 'unhealthy' route - at best, you'll gain the weight back, and at worst, you'll end up with a full blown eating disorder. Good luck :-)

Spammers don't care if you report them..they just create new accounts. As for your plan, you need to make sure you consume plenty of lean protein, fruits and veggies, brown carbs, healthy fats, and lots of water. Do not allow your calories to drop below 1200/day. Hungry or not, THAT is part of what it takes to be healthy and to lose weight in a healthy manner and keep it off. Learn to eat right. If you don't eat much, then chances are you aren't overweight anyway so why are you trying to lose? Skinny isn't pretty. Next, at least 1 hr of exercise at least 5 days a week. Running is fine, but excessive cardio can cause breakdown of muscle tissue instead of only burning fat. Make sure you get some strength training in there also, to build muscle and speed your metabolism. All kinds of people post here. Some with healthy plans they want to start and some with gimmicks or unhealthy plans. No matter what excuses a person gives or what they want to try, many of us won't encourage an unhealthy plan or accept excuses. Do it right...I'm not going to risk my karma by giving someone bad advice or encouraging unhealthy practices. If you don't actually need to lose weight, then don't. The best way to lose weight is slowly. No way is easy however. If you are in a situation where you need to drop some pounds, you got heavy for a reason. And you tend to eat more than you need for the amount of activity you do each day. Eat a balanced diet of meat, vegetables, fruit, whole grain breads and low fat or non fat milk. No regular soda or fruit juices. No alcohol or drugs. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day to the point of increasing your heart rate and breathing hard. Also drink lots of water. Eliminate fast foods, junk foods, fried foods and eating after about 7PM. No more than 3 eggs each week. You don't say your height but a 5 foot female should weigh about 100 pounds. For each inch over 5 feet, add 5 pounds; so a 5'5" woman should weigh about 125 pounds.
