I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on diet pills. I am 5'2" and weigh 150lbs. I want to slim up quickly and only have a month to do it. I don't expect to get a rock hard stomach. That's not what I'm after. I would just like to loose a few pounds and look slimmer. What diet pills are the best for this?
(I normally am against taking diet pills, however only have a month until a wedding to slim up. I don't have time to work out or diet like a normal person or I would. Trust me.) I NEED A QUICK FAST WORKING DIET PILL TO TAKE FOR A MONTH. HELP. (preferably without horrible side effects - I can't be sick or down)

I don't suggest pills. Beside proper diet and a lot of exercise ( cardio + weights ) I suggest you take L-carnitine supplement available in cherry flavor , one spoon a day after you wake up. Also tobasco! yes spices speed up your metabolism and make fat loss more rapid. Water is very important for fat loss its a must at least 2L a day. Finally, green tea without sugar 3-4 times a days I've tried it and it works. Don't waste your money on pills, they will work by raising your metabolic rate, your heart will beat more often and you will sweat while you're resting, they also have caffeine in very large amounts that will give you insomnia.

Personally I like to use the thermogenic fat burner like they talk about in the article right before workouts to increase my energy and fat burning and really accelerate my weight loss which has always worked great for me especially when I need to lose it fast.
take a 30 second break in the middle of your meal evaluate just how hungry you still are before getting back to your food
