Here are some very simple changes that you can start today that will greatly improve your chances of weight loss success:
Eliminate Red Meat

Don't lose weight. Seriously. You don't need to. If you got down to 91 pounds like you are planning to, people would start asking you if you were anorexic. Your BMI would be 14.3. That is severely underweight. A healthy BMI, is anywhere from 19.5 to 23.5, and anywhere about 24 is overweight. If you insist on losing weight though, just lose maybe five pounds. But honestly, if I were you, I wouldn't do it. You're fine where you're at.
Exercise 350 minutes per week. That's an average of 50 minutes a day, but if you only have time for a 30 minute work out one day, then go for 70 minutes the next day. Just make sure the total amount is 5 hours and 50 minutes. Do that with a diet of 1600 calories a day, and you'll lose something like 2 pounds a week which is 8 pounds in a month.

There is no "trick" there is no way to lose it quickly by doing one specific thing. It's going to take time a dedication to a healthy diet and frequent exercise. Limit the amount of fat in your diet, but do not cut it out completely. Exercise everyday for at least thirty minutes. At first, depending on your dedication, you may lose a lot. However don't be fooled, the first few weeks you will be losing mostly water weight and not fat.
It's all in your mindset, if you believe you can accomplish this goal than you can do it. And I hope that you want this for yourself, and not because you're worried about what other people think about you.

Stay away from pills, they dont work, they are nothing but caffeine. Do aerobics, run, elliptical stuff like that. For your diet cut out all sugars and salt, go no fat, medium carbs and protien. NO soda, drink water. Just diet and exercise and you will lose alot of weight.

weight watchers is such a great program. all those desserts you might eat reallly add up, but if you get weightbwatcher that is giving less weight. and you can also get a weight watcher calculator to keep up with ur point and how much stuff ur eating. it really helps. along with that you can join a gym calle L.A. fitness. they are great

okay, to get into shape , speed up your metabolism, rid yourself of excess fat and lose weight ,,,,,do as follows:
Stop drinking & smoking (if you do this regularly)
eat fruits & vegetables all you can (buy a food/rice steamer to make it easy on you)...(vegetables might not seem "tasty", like junk foods,, but can be as you aquire your taste to them..and are loaded with energy and nutrients)...avoid all junk food, cokes, sweets, etc...and drink water . If you eat meat ,,eat only steamed fish or chicken.
also, do an hour of walking each day at least. or some type of excercise.
* you should lose about 10 lbs per month
