I am in a fashion show in two weeks- (alternate model) and need to lose a few pounds (10lbs-focus waist/arms). I have overheard people in the past talking about latitives and other secret pills that can help you lose weight. I would like to know what my options are. * Im already dieting with healthy food, lots of water, exercising*

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. you will probably lose 7-10 pounds if you use fat free dressing. half of what you will lose will be muscle though. and if you're planning to diet for only a single week, the weight will come back... and the weight will come back as fat (which takes up more room- making you look heavier)
i am not against weight loss in the least bit but try to lose 3 pounds a week (tops.) i swear the time goes by fast and no single event will care if you are 3 pounds heavier than you "could" be.
i would suggest with your interests in mind: AT LEAST eat 1200 calories
exercise for forty minutes a day...
(running is one of the best ways to shrink fat cells and is the best cardio exercise according to doctors)
limit if not eliminate all extras like butter mayonnaise ketchup dressing added sugar added oil etc

if you find yourself at a weight loss plateau up the duration of your exercise routine by five minutes

Hmm I suggest smaller meals high in protein and low in carbs so no potato, bread, pasta etc. For a quick fix maybe something like fruit and natural yoghurt for breakfast, snack of fruit mid morning; for lunch a lean meat salad with no carbs like chicken or fish or ham; another snack mid afternoon maybe vegtable sticks with a low fat humous and then for tea maybe steamed vegtables and fish, again no carbs. You do need carbs but by eating a good range of fruit and veg you'll get your daily requirements. Nothing should be fried and any dressings should be low fat. If you're excerising then make your mid afternoon snack something more substantial which can be carbs, and try to stick to low GI fruit and veg like apples which ill keep your blood sugar level steady for longer. Another good trick for dieting is hot water with lemon and honey, very cleansing and the honey is low GI. I certainly wouldn't advise this for a prolonged period, and you have to make-sure you get plenty of protein, otherwise you could get muscle waste and not fat loss. If you're craving sweet things, try drinking fennel tea or eating small amounts of dried fruit like dates, which are very sweet and may help you feel sated after a meal! If you're not hungry your portions are too large! Good luck!!

If you have a seperate room keep small useful exercise equipment Use those equipment while reading and listening songs

Awww! We're like sisters! I'm the same height and around the same weight! My weight has always fluctuated though depending on how obsessive I am about it.
But, from years of obsessing about weight and diet and whatnot, I will shut up about all the things I think you're doing wrong, BUT I do have some positive diet TIPS for you that will help!
Drink 2 glasses of ice water AS SOON AS YOU WAKE UP! That's a supermodel trick apparently! I tried it and, within a week, my clothing was looser, my complexion improved dramatically, and people even complimented me on how "refreshing" I looked! Also, drink a glass of water before every meal! Ice water is best because it has 0 calories and your body burns calories simply trying to warm up the water inside your body! Make sure to eat a lot of WHOLE/COMPLEX foods because, again, the body burns more calories just trying to break down those foods!
I used to know the formula for figuring out how long it would take to lose 25 lbs, but, girl, it really does depend on the intensity of your workout.
