I am 19, 5ft 6in. I was thinking about going to the gym 5-6x a week doing a combo of cardio 30mins a day and strength training. I am going to be drinking ONLY water and milk, no sweets and more fruits and vegtables. Baically the 5 main food groups. I am also going on a 1,600 calorie diet since I will be going to the gym 5-6x a week and doing 30mins of cardio and increasing it slowly and adding in strength training. Will I lose weight effectively this way? My goal weight is 140lbs. Is that good?
i am 189lbs.

Yes, i think this is a very good routine for loosing weight!
And it is a good idea to increase your exercise as you go along - that way you stay fit and even after you've gotten to your ideal weight, you'll keep building muscle, and you will become very - but remember to keep the balanced diet, because if you go off of it, your lifestyle will become a lot less healthy, and your exercise will be less effective.
So keep up the routine and the good diet and it'll work great!

I have the perfect method!!!
You will not believe how effective is!!
the only thing you have to do is to put a cream which helps to lose fat or an anticellylite cream
and THEN put around your body "cling film", you what, that we put to food in order to keep it fresh!!!
Well, put the cling film around your legs and around your belly and then do exercise... remember to drink many liquids...
4 kilos per week!!!! yes!!!!
if you re cooking food in the microwave chances are you re eating unhealthy packaged foods if you must microwave consider soy chicken patties veggie burgers or steamer vegetables and brown rice

dont confuse thirst with hunger drink a glass of water when you feel hungry to see if thats what you re really craving

At a restaurant split your meal and eat only half meal and take the rest home if the quality is more

not only will you get in some exercise you re less likely to choose something unhealthy after a little movement

Actually your doing fine it does take patients. 100 pounds will probably take a while cause you are doing insanity and you will gain muscle so if the scale shows added weight tthen it's muscle keep doing what you do:) plus another thing that helps if you drink water with everything don't drink your calories & try not to eat past 6 :)
