Question: Im 14 yes i no to enjoy life now but i want to slim my belly flab i am a very active person always playing lemme remind u im 14 is it right to do weight lifing

You could get a medicine ball and do squats with that, crunches, walking helps... use an elliptical... yoga? or boxing classes? When I was swam in high school I was ripped, b/c you work out every muscle in your body... maybe try swimming a few times a week... just don't get caught up in the "I have to be 85 pounds" anorexic bs... Eat tons of fruits and veggies- even though you will feel a little bloated at first, these will help you the most!! Eat wheat instead of white, and if you really need chips or something sweet, try the 100 calorie packs... they are amazing!! Also, yogurt is a good way to cure a craving...

Best way to lose belly fat is to avoid eating saturated fat from animal products and avoid refined carbohydrates (white flour products and sugar). If you want something sweet, eat fruit. Eat whole foods such as fruit, vegetables, whole grains, legumes and in moderation, nuts, seeds, avocados and dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa). Whole foods are rich in fiber and fiber promotes fat loss. The best way to target the whole core is Pilates. Do cardio to burn any fat covering the abdominal muscles and you can do crunches in various directions (sides, diagonal), reverse crunches, leg lifts, V ups.

if you want to lose belly flab, those ad machine wouldn't do any good. focus on your entire body. Do cardio and lot of it. Eat protein and vegetable. eat some fruit but don't eat too much carbs. Whole wheat bread is better than white bread(eat the right carb). Then the belly flab would go away along with your entire body. Try this for a week: do cardio( set a certain calories you want to lose in a day, but remember burn more calories then you put in your body), exercise for at least three times a week, if you could exercise everyday that would even better. Eat alot of protein and vegetables. Fruits could be your dessert after meal. Drink alot of water(no soda or diet drinks). Measure your stomach after a week and see if it shrunk. I bet my money it will. Good luck!

sit ups do about 50 a day start by doing 5-10 at a time a 10 second break then do them again after 4 weeks you should lose the flab

you can only lose your belly flab if you eat right...you have to increase you metabolism by eating every 2-3 hours...and you should do both cardio and weight training.....eat lots of vegetables instead of eating rice, bread....there are lots of websites that you can look at....

From somebody who used to have the same issue as you, you might want to try a program that both makes you gain muscle (therefore increasing your Basal Metabolic Rate - energy needed to maintain your muscle) and fat-burning zone cardio. In my experience, swimming is one of the best ways to lose weight, since you work your whole body, but it is not so heart-intense that it will become anaerobic/access your glycogen reserves. Also, I have to be honest. Starting off without a diet you might see some changes, but without good eating habits, there is no way you will get anywhere in the long run. The no soda drinking is a great rule, but there are a few more you should try. Try eating your carbs from low glycemic index sources, such as sweet potatoes, whole-wheat pasta or whole grain rice. A good amount of protein in your diet will get your metabolism going and make you feel full. Lars is right in that you should eat many times a day, it will allow you to feel full and keep your metabolism blasting.
