Question: I recently broke my ankle so I can't really do much physical activities for another month, I can do some things but not like run or anything. So I want some kind of crash diet or way of eating that would help me lose weight quickly. I quit smoking and gained like 25 pounds and I need to lose it before I go to Australia for vacation next month. I want to be able to look good in a swimsuit, not cover myself up the whole time. I would suggest that you only lose about two pounds a month at the most for it to be healthy. I know that you wanted more than ten pounds lost, but it is better then not losing it ha ha. Eat most of your calories in the morning this way most of your calories are used before the end of the day. Limit your meals to about five hundred calories per meal at the most. This way you can eat other small snacks through out the day. Increase your protein intake if you are lifting weights so you will gain muscle instead of the fat. Another tip is to never eat anything after seven because your body converts it straight to fat. I know it is not the same as a broken ankle, but I have a cut on my foot so I am limited to my workouts too. I do not know how much you can do, but cardio is the best you can do to put off the pounds. Some exercises I do include: One leg jump rope, then I jump up and down the stairs carefully ha ha, I do that bycycle exercise on my back, and finally I have a punching bag. Remember you can still lift weights which will probably help you with your goal. Hope I helped good luck!

Put in vitamizer and wizz until no fruit lumps, then drink can put ice cubes in as well.Or have a soup tomato diced,vegetables,add stock (salt free if possible) and water cook. Let cool then vitermize then heat when required. (freeze great) Can eat with a few dry biscuits no butter or margarine. Hungry in between meals fruit and 8 -12 glasses of water. You have meat or soup for a meal not both. If you don't want the shake have oats with honey (no sugar)skim milk (low fat milk). If you go out have a child size meal like grilled fish and salad no dressing or rolls,bread etc. Dessert none. one glass of wine after you have been on the diet for at least a week. You can have grilled fish instead of meat very small portions like Tuna. If you buy tuna in a can make sure it is in spring water.
