I have seen that show on MTV where they lose a pound a day or more. I have heard it isn't healthy but I really want to know how to do this. Exactly what to eat and what excercises to do. i Only want to lose 60 pounds by August 12 for my senior year. PLEASE HELP!
For the 5-6 meals a day, what time should i eat these meals. And what times are best to excercise?

well i wouldn't suggest you take it really fast if you want to lose around 60 pounds BUT.. if you eat healthy and exercise right you could just achieve that goal by that time. I'm trying to lose weight to around 20 pounds by the end of summer or 30lbs. if I'm that dedicated. But here's what I'm doing so far.. Zumba on the Wii ..Namaste Yoga..walking at night with my dogs & mom .. & my favorite channel of fit & health they do exercises & it's not that hard if your think about it also don't forget it's 80%what you eat & 20%exercise but remeber DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF doing that if you lose weight super fast you maybe just will gain it back super fast so don't lose weight unhealthy i would say around losing 2 pounds every week august 12 is about 2 months away so.. i would say you would only lose 16 pounds in 2 months if you where to do it in a healthy way i hope you do cause I know you wouldn't want to gain it all back :/ it would take about |2|4|6|8|10|12|14|16|18|20|22|24|26|28|3... something like 6 & a half months to lose 60 pounds (HEALTHY)

You loose about a pound a day for 14 days and if you work out as well then you will reach your goal of 20 pounds forsure.
If you eat right and keep working out after the diet then you will keep the weight off and continue loosing.
I have been on this diet before and it makes me feel SO good and healthy and I saw seeing results within 2 days.
energize plain tasting proteins such as eggs or chicken with metabolism boosting chili pepper sauce

if you have a seperate room keep small useful exercise equipment use those equipment while reading and listening songs

Honestly, the best thing you can do is just to eat healthy and exercise.. Don't eat any junk food, just stick to veggies and fruits, fish, nuts, oats, etc. Instead of having to work off 500 calories at the gym, just don't eat it! One of the best exercises is swimming; I heard on the radio that walking in the pool for 1 hour is like walking outside for 3 hours! As for losing one pound a day, doesn't sound very safe.. after all, it's about life style.. if you try to lose weight too quickly, you're more likely to crash and gain weight faster. Just keep moving and eating right and you'll be fit and healthy in no time, for a long time!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

1. You're most likely still growing being only 15 so you should eat no less than 1500 calories per day. The way to lose weight is to use those calories wisely. You can eat a lot more and fill up longer on a salad full of vegetables and chicken than a burger and fries.
2. To lose fat you should do more walking. Walking burns fat while running burns carbohydrates. You should get at least 30-45 minutes of exercise 5 days a week.
3. For a woman that is 5'8" an ideal body weight is 145. That would put your BMI at 22 which is healthy, 128 would put it at 19.5 which is also healthy.
Weight lose takes time, it wont happen over night. Keep up the good work! You're obviously doing something right :)
