Question: I had a bet with a friend to lose 20 kgs in 90 days. I've gained weight recently and this bet really helps me get back to shape. I want to win this bet HELP! What should I eat? what kinda sport should I do? I hardly have time and gym is not an option. I've got an orbitrek machine and I do around 30 minutes a day. Is that good? I eat a little less. Am I on the right track? BTW Whenever I exercise and feel good about myself..I go eat like crazy! I can't control my eating! I feel full and still eat then feel sorry ..What's goin on to me?

diet & exercise is key! i recommend drinking green tea to help get rid of some of the water weight we tend to store over time, but dont forget to drink water to replace however much your body needs and so you dont get dehidrated. get rid of snacking, soda and even things like diet coke wont do any good. as far as excercise, start off slow and work your way up from a couple miles one day to more the next few. running is the best way to lose weight so run on the tread, track or around a neighborhood if its safe! best of luck to you!

Stay away from FAST FOOD NO POP, SODA or FIZZY DRINKS Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog Don't think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change I have lost 28.5 pounds in 3 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week....controlled portion....this really works......... Write down every thing you eat take a multivitamin at night
