So many solutions... dude you are very younger. Don't say that "I am a pupil so I do not get time for whatever". You have at all times. Eat some thing you desire to. Just move external in night time and play a few outside video games. Specially Football, Badminton, Cricket and so on and so on. Play up to you'll. You're very pretty! How rude of those people to say otherwise, especially your family. First and foremost please know that you don't ever need to compare yourself to others, not even family members.
If you want to lose some weight then do abdominal and core exercises, anything as simple as situps and pushups (try 10 of each the first day, 20 the next, and work your way up to doing 50 of each per day). Also, to tone your body try cardio workouts, you can get these on DVD or take a class.
It's really simple if you think about it, the key is commitment. Motivate yourself to exercise every day and you will be healthy and happy!
