Question: I started atkins and in the induction phase. All the foods i had have 0 carbs in it and they're good, today i ate a pepper stake, a little mozzarella cheese(so good!), and some chicken...and i take diet pills with hoodia in it and most importantly, exercise with slim in 6(i'm on burn it up, and 1 hour workout)..will i lose weight fast... P.S. I know its not really healthy but i'm trying to lose weight fast..give me info if you can oh and i'm 16 so i'm guessing my metabolism is good?

yes your metabolism probably is good so carb diets are kinda risky if you your metabolism i really fast because you wont have enough calories id just be careful=)

ALL diets work they all reduce your calorie intake which will make you lose weight. The ones to worry about are, can you maintain this for more then a weeks or 3 moths or a year? Atkins eliminates or lessens you Carbohydrate I remember a long time ago they did even let you eat fruit, which is not a good "diet" I don't know if they have changed that by now. To answerer your question no its not just water weight. But bacon for breakfast every morning cant be to good lol. How old are you the older you are the longer it will take but usually 2 pounds a week so 10-15 weeks is about how long it should take for you to lose 30 pounds.

take a 30 second break in the middle of your meal evaluate just how hungry you still are before getting back to your food

you may be used to fried foods but there are other sometimes healthier ways to cook including roasting steaming poaching baking braising and broiling

Water is essential and many of the things available to drink these days have calories without any nutritional value, so sure . . . but 1200 calories a day for a 6 ft tall man is virtual starvation and that hope of fast results can be self-defeating. It might help to eat this little for a short time now and then, but do it for very long and you will be ill. Also, your body's famine survival mechanisms will kick in and fight to preserve fat for as long as possible - and will rush to restore body fat as soon as you eat more than this, which you will inevitably have to do. You'll do better with a long-term moderate, healthy diet - plus the exercise you are doing, which is very important.
