Do you have quick weight-loss tips?
Topic: Do you have quick weight-loss tips?
December 16, 2019 / By Elaine Question:
I have a pool party that I have to go to in 29 days, and I'm ridiculously out of shape. I want to be able to wear a bathing-suit without making a fool out of myself. Obviously, I have to eat right and exercise, but I was wondering if anyone had specific weight loss tips, specifically for legs and abs. Thank you so much.
Also, I'm only seventeen year old, and I don't really want to use diet pills.

You can do a lot in 29 days. Think short-term pain for long-term gain.
As always, diet and exercise are the key.
As for diet, try eating 6 smaller meals a day with a protein shake for breakfast and lunch. A single serving of fruit for mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack. Dinner should be a sensible meal- minimize rice and breads. Try this for a two-week period. Then, vary your meals accordingly.
Workouts should have weights and circuit type of training. Free weights are great for toning and weight-loss. You can try dumbbell squats with shoulder presses. Here is a great and effective circuit training using a treadmill. Walk for 2 minutes (as a warm-up), jog for 2 minutes, run hard for a minute, then jog for 2 minutes, run hard for a minute, etc...do this for about 20-23 minutes. This works great.
By the way, do not be a slave to scale. Check the mirror also. It will show results.
This is just a start. Keep working out and eating properly.

NO, that will not work becuase you aren't planning on eating any protein so you are not going to have the energy to workout or even go to work. You need protein, complex carbs (to turn into energy), fiber and other vitamins & nutrients.
Chicken, Fish & Lean beef for protein. Brown Rice & Whole grains for complex carbs. Fruits & Veggies are good but they aren't good if that's all you plan on eating.
never eat any snack food out of the box carton or bag it came in you re less likely to overeat if you separate snacks into appropriate fist sized servings

First of all, there's no such thing as healthy AND quick weight loss. It's pretty much the same as healthy AND sugary or healthy AND salty-fatty etc.
I suggest you to go on a healthy diet. Calculate your BMR (basal metabolic rate), start a food journal and start working out. Go jogging, dance, do everything. Avoid bread (all kinds of white wheat products), sugary drinks, fast food. Eat tons of fiber (vegetables, (you can also have what bran with yoghurt or sth. It has lots of fiber in it). Don't eat pastry products. Cut down on fatty foods.
But just don't go berzerk on the whole weight loss thing. You are young and should not keep your mind busy on losing weight. Have fun with it.
