Question: Im 19 about 5'8 215 im a little bigger at the top and have love handles. Im a size 14 and large shirts. I wanna be a size 10/11 and medium shirts. I wanna work on my upper body first so i can have a nice shape. Whats the best way to go about losing my belly fat first? How many pounds do i have to lose to drop two pant sizes? I also wanna get my butt a little bigger

a good way to lose overall body fat including in the belly area is to hop on the treadmill or bicycle and do cardio for at least an hour daily, what this does is burns calories and speeds up your metabolism, also watching your diet will be very helpful try not to consume unnecessary calories especially late in the day or before bedtime, getting your butt bigger wont be as easy, to do that you'll have to build muscle that area by weighlifting and very heavy weights at that, light weights dont build muscle

You can't make your body lose weight in specific areas, you just have to lose weight in general. The best way is to cut out sugar and junk food. Make sure you don't eat empty carbs (white flour), and do a lot of cardio mixed with weight training. Since you want to do it at home, I would go running, or jump rope. Do situps and push ups and lunges as well.

buy some LG Sciecnes Rezolution. then wake up in the morning take 2 rezolutions and then try and do some light impact cardio before you eat for at least 35-45 min. Body will start burning fat after the 25min mark. Make a whey type or blended protein source protein shake with carbs after your worout then plan your eating around 3 meals that are small for about 100 calories. start slow and eat small meals more frequent. take 1 to2 more Rezolutions during the afternoon before 4 and try to stay on pace for a four day cardio schedule. No more pop,juice,or caffeine energy drinks nothing. just water with crystal light packets once in a while for flavor.

So many solutions... dude you are very younger. Don't say that "I am a pupil so I do not get time for whatever". You have at all times. Eat anything you wish to. Just pass external in night and play a few outside video games. Specially Football, Badminton, Cricket and so forth and so forth. Play up to you'll. Play soccer everyday for an hour or 2 and you can see the alterations.

You're very pretty! How rude of those people to say otherwise, especially your family. First and foremost please know that you don't ever need to compare yourself to others, not even family members. If you want to lose some weight then do abdominal and core exercises, anything as simple as situps and pushups (try 10 of each the first day, 20 the next, and work your way up to doing 50 of each per day). Also, to tone your body try cardio workouts, you can get these on DVD or take a class. It's really simple if you think about it, the key is commitment. Motivate yourself to exercise every day and you will be healthy and happy!
