Question: Ive been trying to loose wait by working out and trying different diet pills.....i get busy and stop going to the gym, i also forget to take pills.

skip the diet pills, they only harm you in the long run. what i did was cut all my meals in half and made sure i got at least 30 min of exercise in a day. even if you dont have time to go to the gym or aren't feeling like making the trip over there, jog or speed-walk for 30-45 min in your own neighborhood. i prefer this over the treadmill anyway and at least your getting some fresh air out of it. you can also go to walmart or target and pick up a 5lb or 10lb weight to help tone your arms and here is an AMAZING butt/thigh workout that has gotten me many compliments about my backside :) it even gets rid of that really annoying part right under your bet and helps blow away cellulite. Lay on your side (either right or left it doesn't matter) -with the leg on top, 20 small circles forwards and 20 backwards. -WITHOUT putting your leg down to rest, lift your leg up and down 20 more times only about halfway up -againg WITHOUT putting your leg down lift your leg as high as you can get it and drop it 20 times -make your way back down to the half-way point 20 times then back to doing the small circles forward and backward. -switch sides *remember don't put your leg down to rest in between each set, feel the burn!

Losing weight is very difficult, but there are two main ways to lose weight: 1. Change your diet to include more vegetables and fruit and less fast food. 2. Exercise regularly. Even a 30 minute walk every day can help you lose weight. Do both and in 4 weeks you should shed at least a couple of pounds.

I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes. Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight. First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising... This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day. Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

Diet pills are a waste of your money anyhow. Eat a little les, eat healthy foods, and exercise more. That's the *only* safe and sure way to lose weight.

try singing up for a dance or gym class where you have to go at a certain time so you don't get distracted. Also if you religiously go to the class I am sure that you will loose weight quickly!

Its best that you start now..because you want to be ready for the summer and not wait while its summer to do it. Have fun instead and look good!!! I personally know because last summer i decided to exercise during the summer thinking it would be best for me, but when sunmer hit i just wanted to have fun and didn't want to be bother with exercising
