The best and easiest way to lose weight is to eat less calories a day then you burn and drink tons and tons or water, maybe 2 gallons a day if you can stomache it. If you eat 1200 calories a day then you should try and burn just as much by working out. Even walking would make you loose quick because at your age it will just come off in no time. Just remember that if you don't eat at all you will eventually gain weight. Your bodys metabolism speeds up and slows down with the number of calories that you take in. If you don't eat then your metabolism will drasticly slow down so when you do eat, your store all that food and it becomes fat cells. Eat 5-6 small and healthy meals a day. Breakfast is the most important because if you don't eat breakfast then your body thinks that it's not going to receive food so when you do eat later in the day your body will store all that fat that you just ate for later. DRINK TONS OF WATER!

But if you insist that you do, go on a strict Atkins Diet for two months, try to eliminate as many carbs as possible. Exercise daily! Even though the Atkins diet is really not good for you, this will help you loose weight. Just remember to exercise - run, walk, lift weights. Aerobic and cardio-vascular exercise alternating.

1. You don't need to be skinny. Skinny does not equal healthy; skinny equals skinny. Some people are healthy and skinny, others not so much. What you need to be healthy. 2. If you want to lose weight and keep the weight off I recommend you cut down you calorie intake to a safe level, eating healthy nutritious foods. I also suggest you find some exercises you enjoy doing daily. Change it up, but make sure you get in at least thirty minutes of exercise a day. It doesn't have to ball breakingly hard, even just a thirty minute power walk will do you a lot of good. 3. Don't drink soda.

I would loose ten pounds in the first week by only drinking water. Well you have to do it throughout the whole diet but youll loose 10 pounss instantly. Drink 8 glasses of water every day. It worked for me
