Question: i gained weight when i was pregnant but that 's not a surprise.however, after i gave birth i still am getting bigger and bigger and i hate it.i've been trying to avoid eating rice.i feel bad abt the dramatic weight increase.i dont breastfeed and i do take oral contraceptive pill.is this the reason for the weight gain?i dont know where to start and if it is safe to be on diet 2mos postpartum..:(

I always gain on birth control- its the pits! On the other hand, weight loss pills are probably not the way to go. The fastest way to lose the lbs would be to really cut your eating in half. Your going to get hungry and that sucks.The truth is, once you get used to eating less and moving more, the weight will fly off. I feel your pain, I was a size 2 at 5'9 before I got pregnant and gained like 30 lbs during the first trimester...and its still happening! I'll be right there with you, hungry as ever shortly after my babe is born. Good Luck!

Well unless you know someone who is 18 or older or even your parents that are willing to buy you diet pills. I can vouch that these pills only work temporarily. Three weeks at most. However the weight that you lost will come right back unless you stay as active as you were while you were using the pills. First and foremost for athletes the ultimate fat burner is made by Universal Nutrition called Animal Cuts. This is a three week cycle of diet pills and cuts water weight as well. The fat starts burning within 36 hours. Secondly I would recommend German-American Technology's Jet Fuel. This is a two week cycle and the fat starts to burn off after day 3. Lastly I would say the original Lipo6 by Nutrexx. This fat burner is good and works after the 3rd day as well. This is a 4 week cycle.
