Question: I have a hard time dieting cause I get hungry so fast and I tend to overeat especially on sweets. Please give me advice on how to better maintain on a healthy diet.

Just try and get some self discipline. You know u wanna lose weight and burn some fat, so If you know overeating is what that is stopping you from achieving your goal, then stop eating when you want to. But the good news is that I know a really nice way of losing weight without dieting...Its really working.

There are pills that help the urge of hunger. Eat better foods rather than junk food. Fat can tell yourself to keep feeding yourself bad food

Congratualtions on your tecent weight loss! After a while our bodies get used to our weight and how much energy we should be consuming. So after diet/ weight changes it struggles to adapt an we experienced elevated appetite an struggle to maintain our new weight. You are experiencing what I call 'hollow hunger', where you can eat as much as you like but you will just end up feeling unsatisfied, sick and depressed. This is VERY common after recent weightloss and unfortunately leads many people back to their old weight. It is also a period where your appetite is very big, making it hard to not binge on food. To avoid overeating I suggest you practise those good habits that you used to lose weight, just to maintain your weight now and to avoid that 'hollow hunger' feeling. - Suppress your appetite. Go and buy pills or do whatever it takes to avoid overeating. - Go for a walk an listen to your favourite music. This should work effectively to take your mind off things (food, hollow hunger feelings and emotions if they are contributing to food cravings). - When you do eat, eat protein! The protein will make sure your body is using other sources for energy, hence you won't store as much fat. It will also help you feel satisfied. - Sleep lots. Being tired can increase your appetite due to increased levels of grehlin - a hormone that increases your appetite. - Meditate. Relax and listen to what your body wants you to do.
