for 1, just cut down on your food. eat less than you normally would. don't have more ha n 2 snacks in a day, and drink lots of water, no juices, just water and milk. exercise, lots of sit ups and crunches, and running ^.^ keep tract of your progress and foods. eat no more than 2000 calories a day then you should lose 10-15 pounds in a month, good luck , and remember the first week or so are easy to lose pounds, the last weeks are harder, don't stop believing , keep going :) <3
