Question: I'm 13 and i weigh 186 and i'm 5ft tall.. I'm trying to get into shape, and lose my body fat.. But I don't know how to. What are some effective ways to lose weight fast ?Is there any? and is there anybody who can give me tips?

Try not to eat after 7pm. Eat fruits and vegetables as much as you can and eat a lot of soups and try to make them yourself, so they don't contain any additives and extra fat and sugar. Also, either try to exercise at least 30 minutes a day. You don't need to sign up at a gym or anything major like that, you can just take a walk for 30 minutes or a hoola hoop at home, or a jump rope at home. Also try to limit bread and pasta intake that helps a lot, and drink a lot of water. All these things are what help me to lose weight and keep it off. Most importantly!!!!! Don't try restrictive and popular diets, you will most likely get off and for sure gain the weight that you had lost.

Okay, it's really great that you like to run, because that is one of the best forms of exercise you can do because it is cardio and: 1) burns off your stored fat 2) "reveals" your muscles by losing this fat. 3) as well as defines, tones, and strengthens muscles. So, I would suggest that you run as much/can a day. If that doesn't seem to work out too well, try going to the gym and getting on the elliptical. It is a little less strenuous on your knees and hips, but still really great! If you like jumping on your trampoline, you probably wouldn't mind jump roping which is also very beneficiail to your health and losing weight. As far as food goes, I would cut down on fat intake, increase your protein intake (especially if you are going to be doing cardio exercise and building you muscles; protein is vital to build muscles) and drink lots of water. TONS of water. And, when you have the urge to indulge in bad foods, or snack, just drink some water or low calories drinks to help fill your stomach and you will find that it does wonders. Also, try cutting your calorie intake by about 500 calories a day. If you do these things, you will (depending on your weight) lose 1-3-pounds a week. This is a healthy way to lose the weight, and sorry to say, but there is really no EASY way to lose weight fast. Lots of work involved. Good luck and I hope I helped.

Well This is how I lost weight its NOT Recommended thought Your body naturally burns of apx.2000 calories a day by naturally doing that your body does. sleeping/thinking/staying awake/ It burns calories. Now listen What your body takes in it works with as best as it can.For the next month or so Drink water all day and along with that 1 small meal ! do that daily your body will soon burn of more calories than your inputting there for lose of weight.Understand this ,this is called the starvation diet , because your starving and depriving your body of what it wants ,so it will eat away the fat If you do this for 3 days then give up dont try it again this is for people who dont want exercise and dont have time. so they'll let their body do the work. Please I know some people are going to disagree that this isn't safe and all the bull but are body's aren't made to be stuffed with 7 small meals a day and I dont frankly have the money.
