can u tell me the instructions?
the recipes...what do i eat? what can't i eat?
i no nothing about it lol
how much do u think i would loose in a month
im 15 yrs old and i actually loose weight fast

Atkins is a terrible diet! I understand the desire to want to loose weight fast, but any diet that includes eating tons of meat is not good for you. I would highly reccomend that you reconsider your decision.
I am a big supporter of Weight Watchers. I know it costs money to join, but I'm sure that you can get lots of information from searching online, and asking questions on here. They support healthy weight loss, and help you to incorporate mindful choices, exersize, and fruit / veggies into your daily routine.
I beg you -- please think about this decision. You don't want to just loose all this weight fast, just to gain it back again, do ya? I did South Beach diet a long time ago -- I lost 20 pounds, and gained 30 back!! It was a terrible idea, and felt like such a waste. After loosing my 30 pounds on Weight Watchers, I have managed to keep it off for a whole year, and it's changed my entire outlook on dieting and healthy eating.
You should definitely do what's right for you, so do a little bit of research first. But please re-think Atkins! Good luck!

Carbs are energy for life. The Atkins diet is a fad that will fade away and return in a few years, as so many others have done. Your best bet is to eat balanced meals. Eat only the caloric intake that you burn in a day. If you want to eat more, you will have to burn more. There are many easy ways to enhance your metabolism to burn more calories without special effort. Avoid soda pop and any caloric drink (your body stores liquid calories quickly). Don't stuff yourself. Eat smaller portions more often. Get your exercise in the mornings. Don't eat after 7:00 pm.
Atkins is a no carb diet which you eat items such as meat, cheese, nuts. Carbs are in a lot of things like bread and pastas. It is good because it makes you feel full longer, but it is also bad because you get more fat and cholesterol intake. I have an aunt that has done this for years and she only eats carbs for 1 hour in a day, usually at dinner. She did have to start using a garlic pill to lower her cholesterol though. If you combine this diet with exercise you should be able to lose 10 pounds a month at least.

The Atkins diet can be seriously bad for your health, it does not supply you with the right nutrients. And as you're only 15 and still growing I would seriously advise against it.
On the following page there's a review of the atkins diet with pros, cons and side effects I would suggest reading that before deciding to go ahead with the atkins diet.

carry five grocery bags from the car to the kitchen and put the food away take out the trash wash the dishes and wipe down the kitchen counter

You need to read the book, he tells you how to modify it to suit your needs.
BTW, if you are not eating ANY carbs you are NOT doing Atkins. You should be eating your veggies right from the start. This is why you need to read the book, so that you actually know what Atkins is and how it is done.
