OK, i have asked this question many times before and I keep getting ads for pills. which, I do not want. What is a good and fast way to lose weight W/O pills or anything you have to BUY? REMEMBER I am 14! :) thank you.

im 14 and i lost 20 pounds in a month...
just count your carbs :)
look it up on google to find the right food and stuff,...
and its pretty cool because everything is right at home, you dont need to go grocery shopping
im pretty sure you have meat and all the stuff you can eat :)

The amount of exercise you're doing every day sounds a bit extreme to me, but if you're losing weight and not hurting excessively or noticing any other problems, I guess you should go for it. Check with your doctor if you're really concerned. Good luck.

First, I want to commend you on not wanting to use pills. That is very smart because they do not work.
Losing weight fast isn't healthy, and methods like not eating can end up making you gain double the weight. If you want to lose weight, change your diet. Ask your parents to buy whole wheat bread/pasta/brown rice. If you eat meat, stick to lean, white meat. Protein is a very good source to help lose weight. Fruits and veggies are a given. Nonfat white milk is very good to use instead of fat/2%. Making these simple changes will help loads. Also, add some exercises. Jogging and running will help loads to shed those pounds. The key to losing weight is the constantly change up your exercising and eating routine. Once you stick to the same thing for a long time, your body becomes accustomed to it, causing no weight loss. Join some sports teams at schools, drink plenty of water, and stay away from sodium/salty rich foods (this causes bloating).

Unless you want to have weight problems your whole life, you need to lose weight gradually to keep it off. Try to lose up to a maximum of just 2lb of body fat per week. This equates to 7000 calories. Fat loss will show in looser clothing rather than just water loss, which is what a lot of dieters go off. Fat loss is the way. Reduce calories so make sure you write everything down that you eat per day, including drinks. Try to eat up to six times a day so make the portions a lot smaller than you would already eat. Regular eating increases the metabolism so that it is constantly burning fat all day long. Add chillies to your meals and your metabolism is raised even further. Please try not to get too obsessed with weight. Enjoy life and savour every bite of tasty food.

Hah well I'm trying to accomplish the same thing. I looked at many websites and, depending on how active you are, you have to consume a certain amount of calories each day.Once you know how many calories you have to consume each day, reduce it by 500, if you can withstand that amount of lost calories. In addition, you have to have at least three servings of fruit and vegetable each per day (It doesn't matter which fruits/vegetables, just check the internet to see how much of each fruit/vegetable is equal to a serving). Also, I found that running has helped me lose weight, especially if you have a treadmill that has the option "Fat Burn." I AM NO TRAINER, just somebody who has done this and is working. Consult a trainer at a gym or, better yet, a nutritionist that will set up a plan for you in order to attain your wanted weight loss. Your age is also a factor in losing weight.
