a lovely fruit salad!! that is a good start, but you didnt get many veggies! tomatoes, spinach, cucumbers, etc for your salads.
I love fruit but don't eat much of the soft sweet stuff you bought!
brown rice has more arsnic in it than any other type rice! white is preferable to the brown at the moment as it doesn't absorb as much arsnic.
the usda has oked the idea that chickens can be shipped to China to be processed then shipped back. With China's unsanitary and nasty additives of the past several years, I would quit eating chicken if I were you. I certainly won't be buying any more until this rule has been changed.
buy pork, beef or lamb. I have listed them in order of $$ value. Pork is now leaner, most cuts of beef are leaner, and lamb is always lean as the fat must be trimmed off before cooking it.
fish is sometimes lean and sometimes not! depends on your taste.
