Question: I just ordered Raspberry pi 2/Nigh Vision Cameras for it/and a touch screen. Since I just ordered it, I would like to know what the best way to learn Raspberry is. I have a deep understanding of Python and the basics of C++ so I am not new to programming, just raspberry pi. So I would like to know where I can start learning it. Thank you in advance.

Hi Natnael. There are great books on the the Raspberry Pi available from your local bookshop and online at sites like Amazon, where you can read reviews, compare prices etc. Make sure that your book covers the Pi 2 as there are older versions of the Pi, such as the B+. I bought "Raspberry Pi User Guide" by Eben Upton and Gareth HalfAcree, Third Edition. This edition is relevant for models up to and including the B+, which is what I have. The technology is constantly changing and improving. So be sure to get the right edition of books for your Pi 2. Have fun!

Try www.allrecipes.com, and there are some on www.thirteenturtlesoup.netfirms.com With allrecipes, be sure to read the Reviews section for the recipes, especially if you aren't sure about how the recipes are supposed to come out, as these are very helpful!

Here is a good place to get recipes. People share them all the time. They ask for different ideas and helpful hints. For some websites to browse through here are a few you might enjoy. http://www.cooks.com/ http:// These have lots of recipes- you just need to know the name of what you want to make. There are very basic recipes and more elaborate ones, from homemade to semi home made. I also saw a post here yesterday from someone who put in a website called Hill billy house wives, it has lots of old fashion foods like sausage and gravy and how to cook lentils and beans.. its a pretty good link to find some basics. http://www.hillbillyhousewife.com/index.... Chosing a brand you like, let's say Hunt's Brand, will come up with lots of different pasta, tomato recipes. or Swanson Chicken Broth- gives you lots of ideas but you'll always be using their product. of course you can subsitute product line but it will give you a place to start. The internet has millions of recipes- just type whatever you can thin of along with the word recipe' exp. - Beef recipes or Chinese recipes, or even Indian recipes. You find lots.. or do what I do and come here and look for different ideas. Have fun and see you soon.

If you got a Raspberry Pi computer (it isn't a chip), there are plenty of online tutorials to get even complete novices using it.

I just got the same stuff. Adafruit is a good starting point. They have info on how to get the touch screen working easily. The official site has info on the camera. It's pretty much just plug and play if you enable it.

a lovely fruit salad!! that is a good start, but you didnt get many veggies! tomatoes, spinach, cucumbers, etc for your salads. I love fruit but don't eat much of the soft sweet stuff you bought! brown rice has more arsnic in it than any other type rice! white is preferable to the brown at the moment as it doesn't absorb as much arsnic. the usda has oked the idea that chickens can be shipped to China to be processed then shipped back. With China's unsanitary and nasty additives of the past several years, I would quit eating chicken if I were you. I certainly won't be buying any more until this rule has been changed. buy pork, beef or lamb. I have listed them in order of $$ value. Pork is now leaner, most cuts of beef are leaner, and lamb is always lean as the fat must be trimmed off before cooking it. fish is sometimes lean and sometimes not! depends on your taste. south beach, phase 2 only please, has some fantastic menus and recipes in each of the books. This is what I use for my food plan for healthy living.
