Question: From anyone out there i need help that has had this happen to them or somewhat..ive had an eating disorder for the pass 2 years now..but last summer was when i found out for sure that i had it..im always dieting and exercising..but now..im immuned to it..i diet n starve myself but later i get so ******* hungry i eat everything n sight..i want it to stop i just dont want to be fat nomore.even though everyone says im not..but i feel like it..i want to look good before i start school ..i have 10 til school starts.n i want to lose 15-20 pds..how do i do dat..i need help..for sure now im guna do anything within these 10 days to lose weight..please ppl help me out n how to lose dat much weight..

Try doing the juice diet for 10 days but not any longer as it can start to damage health is used for a really long period of time. With the juice diet you feel like you are actually eating so you don't want to eat all of the other things that come in sight.

changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose weight if combine with walking everyday especially. you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average. 1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains (Asian basmati or jasmine rice gives lots of energy and can be found at your local oriental/asian market or some super markets), & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day. (btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer and a rice cooker ((Both Very cheap)) .which, used together make it very easy to prepare very nutritional, healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil , diced garlic, pepper, sliced lemon and spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)

I have started this Diet (lifestyle change) in the middle of November at 140lbs, and now at 117lbs Google fruit fast A DIET IS WHAT YOU EAT....there for we are all on a diet.... THINK LIFESTYLE CHANGE You got the change the way you think and feel about food TRY THIS, and stick to it. The first 3-4 weeks are the hardest until your body adjusts to the change. Results will be in about the same time Fruits and Veggies Eat more plants and keep away from stuff that was made in plants. Don't eat anything that comes in a can, box or package.... .....THEY HAVE ADDITIVES IN THEM THAT MAKE YOU ADDICTED TO THE FOOD..... If man made it, don't eat it NO white BREAD or SUGAR NO PIZZA, I am in the pizza business, and it is not good for you, very high in FAT and Calories NO FRIED FOOD... Stay away from FAST FOOD NO POP, SODA or FIZZY DRINKS Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog Don't think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change I have lost 28.5 pounds in 3 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week....controlled portion....this really works......... Write down every thing you eat take a multivitamin at night
