i hate being this way... i feel like a pig... i have always watchd my weight but this time i didnt... im really depressed n want to lose the weight fast n get back to my regular size...

Go to the gym every day for at least an hour and do 30 mins treadmill and some low weights so you will tone rather than put on muscle. Don't eat crap and watch your calories don't go any lower than 1200 with out seeing your doctor though. Don't expect it to come off in a few weeks. It might take you 2 months to loose it again and it should if your doing it healthly.

Well you know it takes more time to loose than gain it!....If you really want the weight off, I say kick start yourself off with a extreme diet of water, fruits and veges only for about 3 days....this should clear your body out...then try to plan your meals NO MIDNIGHT SNACKING! that's how I loaded my pounds on. And WALK, WALK ,WALK.....i started walking about 3 months ago....1 mile per day...excluding weekends...and I've lost about 11 pounds!
I didn't believe it when I use to hear people say that walking was good....but yeah, it is! and then maybe you can incorporate some exercise in your routine.
