Topic: which is the best way to get a tight body in a month?
September 17, 2019 / By Zebedee Question:
I know if I try hard I can get far, but I don't really know what to do or how to start. I know I will stop eating unhealthy foods and begin drinking more water than what I am doing now.
I'm just lost in the whole exercise thing. I really have gained all around my stomach. My goal is to get tight and look firm by graduatinon day (may 24 ).
i'm 19, 5'2, and weight around 140-145lbs.

You shouldn't look at losing weight by how many pounds you drop, it's more important to see how many inches you lose. That is where you will notice the difference. The best way to tighten your body is by exercising correctly. Your body burns 20% fat and 80% glucose in the first 20 minutes of working out, so the best thing to do is to work out for 40 to 60 mins where your body will turn to your stored fat as energy, burning 80% fat and 20% glucose. Do not over work you body, work different parts of the body each day. Working out 3 to 4 times a week is considered. You must burn 3,200 calories to lose 1lb. so eating healthy is def. the way to go. Stay away from cheese and milk that makes you gain a lot weight, try soy milk,,,might take a while to get used to. Make sure that you eat 5 to 6 small meals a day, so you can keep your glucose levels normal and plus this will keep your metabolism going. Most importantly stay away from simple carbs such donuts anything with lots of sugar that doesn't get digested properly so it will be stored as fat. Eat complex carbs they take longer to digest, keeping you fuller longer. Eat whole grains, lots of veggies and fruits and you'll be on your way to a nice body! Good luck!

Cut the carbs but make sure to stay hydrated and get enough electrolytes to be safe. Cutting carbs is easy dieting. You feel satisfied without counting calories and excessive exercise while you lose weight fairly easily. Look into atkins, south beach diet phase one, four hour body, primal/paleo, keto, lchf, etc sites/blogs for recipe inspirations.
getting "tight' in a single month depends on..first how tight you are now..and what YOU consider as being tight!!..
exercises that are repetitive are best..i assume you are not interested in adding weight (as like a muscle bound type)..so good exercises"
really anything that uses muscles to the point of a "burn"..
remember..no matter if you are the world champion at doing situps..you will NOT have a 6-pack unless you lose any fat around yoyr belly..
those that you see displaing their 6-packs for fitness ads..also dyhydrated themselves for the picture..added water between the skin and muscle..covers up the 6-pack look..

The best thing to do is eat on a strict schedule with heavy breakfasts and light dinners. Aim to walk or run one or two miles a day, maybe with friends or a pet, which will make exercise more fun and easier. But remember, sometimes loosing weight too rapidly is unhealthy for your body.

I'm trying to get a tight body to,I know how it feels! Your pretty short though, but it doesn't matter, you just need to drink about 8 glasses of water a day,it boosts your metabolism and reduces fat and helps your body eat fat!

You can do it- BIKRAM yoga. A very intense 1 1/2 hr work out.
Guaranteed- the best work out I have ever done. It works! Go at least every other day for 4-6 weeks and you will feel and see difference. Eat normal well balanced meals and drink lots of water. Find local classes online.

well just eat very healthily (don't eat more than the recommended 2000 calories a day) and excercise for an hour and do alot of cardio.
