Question: I need to loose weight because i am almost over weight. i am 5ft 4 and i weigh almost 130 pounds. I also have alot of belly fat that is noticable. How in the world do i get rid of it? (please dont tell me that i dont need to loose weight and that i should love my body the way it is bcuz if i did i wouldnt be asking this question!). thankks

well first of all, you're not not fat. However, if you really want to lose weight quickly without taking pills or anything, i suggest a diet that worked for me. i lost 20 pounds in 3 weeks or so. eat breakfast...eat lunch at noonish....skip dinner. so basically you eat breakfast at about 7-8 in the morning, then lunch at noon. then it's very important that you dont eat anything after that until the next morning's breakfast. people have told me that this method screws up the metabolism, but i dont feel it. good luck.

just tone up. And i wouldn't do anything drastic cause sometimes it's unhealthy to loose too much weight at once. And dont starve yourself cause that causes bad breath and hair to grow all over your body. exercise is the best thing for you. If you do about 20 push ups 50 sit ups and 10-15 minutes of leg exercises before you go to bed you will lose weight. Well that works for me at least :) you might find different things to do. Also I find that if you do it before going to bed it's better because you dont eat anything afterwards so the weight you get off can stay off. Also it's good to watch what your eating. Eat whatever you like! But dont eat AS MUCH of it! Just dont go back for seconds and stuff like that. And last but not least dont stress if you dont get rid of your weight quickly. some people lose it faster than others. OK :D :D Hope that helped :)

Do it the healthy way by changing your diet. I lost 20 pounds simply by eating more fruits and vegetables and less junk food. I also counted calories and made sure I was burning more than I was eating. I would walk my dog, do yoga or other exercise to burn calories. You should also drink water or low cal drinks and get rid of soda and other sugary drinks. I also ate more often, believe it or not! My body responded well to healthy snacks every couple of hours between meals (banana, granola bar, raisins, etc) and then eating a well balanced meal. Good luck!

Exercise and eat healthy. Skipping meals, but that's not healthy. Taking laxatives or diet pills (unhealthy). Lap band surgery for really big people only. Liposuction would not recommend. (Sweat it out in a sauna?)
