It's a low carb, not no carb, diet. You can't get enough vitamins and minerals unless you eat vegetables which have carbs in them.
Also to do a proper low carb diet it is also high fat. You simply have to add in fat to get your calories up above starvation mode.
So just make sure you're eating non-starchy vegetables, quality protein and healthy fats. Do not eat sugar, sweets, bread, pasta, flour, wheat, potatoes, rice, corn, cereals, etc.
Also I don't think any fat reducing gel is anything more than snake oil. Don't even bother using it.
And exercise is optional. Weight loss come 85% from diet. Don't waste an hour a day on the treadmill. You're better off doing ten minutes of resistance training to lose weight instead of an hour on the treadmill.

In most cases, you would have to cut out a lot of things in your diet to have a low carbohydrate diet. Many things have carbohydrates such as Milk, Bread, Sugar, Caramel, Rice, Pasta, etc. It requires a complete lifestyle change and you would need to do cardio at least 2 times a week to get the most out of your low carb diet, because you will be able to burn off more fat.
An example of what you would call a low carb diet:
- Morning: Bowl of Weetabix (with 25ml of no-fat milk)
- Midday: Banana, Cheese Sandwich (Brown Bread)
- Early Afternoon: Salmon and Egg Whites Mix
- Late Afternoon: Grilled Chicken with Vegetables and Potatoes (if you wish)
And, don't be super skinny. You will deprive yourself to countless levels to get there. Get to something that is considerate and accept yourself because you clearly don't like what you are at the moment, but being super skinny where all you can see is bones and no proper lean meat on your body looks disgusting. The whole point is you be yourself and as long as you are average weight and healthy, you should be really happy like many people are.

Find an alternative stress-reliever. When you’ve had a poor day, don’t reach for the doughnuts – locate a new coping mechanism that works in your case, not against you. Listening on your favourite album, looking at family members pics on Facebook, or just getting out of the house for a walk will provide help to focus on the positives.

get off the low carb diet.
it is not healthy for you. Atkins is a fraud.
Especially if you crave chocolate. You will eventually go off this diet.
Diets don't work because people look at them as short term and say "i'm going on this till I lose 10, 20, 30lbs, etc."
When they go off, they eat like crap and put the weight back on, and usually put on MORE weight because they used a nutritionally and physically unhealthy diet, like atkins or low-carb. which plays havoc with your body as it does not preserve muscle and encourages you to take in large amounts of fat- sugar is only one part of it. The reason you will gain back MORE weight when you go off it- (and eventually you will, your body craves sugar in fruits because it needs it and those things are healthy for you- while chocolate is not) because you will have lost muscle as your body will have not been getting what it needs to help preserve it and support muscle maintenance and growth.
Muscle increases your metabolism. less muscle = more fat (loosely).
I suggest instead to you to read some nutrition books and understand the effect of what you eat on you from a scientific standpoint, not a standpoint of someone giving you false diet information in order to sell thier diet plan.
Develop your own eating plan (I say eating plan because it needs to be a LIFELONG CHANGE, but you develop one you can live with) based on healthy choices, you can even work in a "cheat" day where you can eat your chocolate. Something your current "diet" doesn't have.
A healthier version of chocolate (although it still has high calories and high sugar) than regular chocolate is dark chocolate. Not just "hershey's" crap you see in the commercial- which is actually only 45% or so pure, try lindts 85% pure dark chocolate- it is more bitter than you are used to, but for a better choice than milk chocolate it is not a bad treat so long as you limit yourself.
